The fish quality is some of the best in the city! They always have what we crave from uni to sweet shrimp. The kids also love the place. The service is great, too. They're always smiling and give us everything we need. They brought a fork to the table for my 5 year old son without us having to ask. They now have beer on tap, so that's a plus. I recommend you give this spot a shot!

The sushi was very delicious with great prices. The waiter that helped us was super nice and patient with all our questions as it was our first time there. We tried the salmon collar and it was super good, warm and toasty on the sides, but soft on the inside. They also have options with no rice!

My family has been coming here for years. They recently changed their menu design but the pricing seems similar and the food tastes the same. Their tempura was made fresh and I like that the batter isn't too excessive. Crunch roll was delicious and the other rolls were as expected. Attentive servers. Music isn't too loud and there are multiple TVs to watch various things.

This has been our local goto sushi spot for years. I believe it's changed hands a time or two over the years and this last time wasn't for the best. Food has been fine but some of the offerings have changed and service seems to be hit and miss. We went for a family dinner tonight and I don't know if it was new servers or what but the service was well under par. There were four of us and they delivered all the sushi for all of us and no wasabi. We waited, and eventually a single serving of wasabi and some ginger. Fine. But it took several more requests to get a reasonable quantity for four adults. Ordered a soda and no glass/ice. Again, no real problem but it took awhile for someone to come back, and they eventually brought a glass ..... of ice water. On and on it went ... this was a bad day and let's hope the next several visits make up for it like it usually does.

I was running some errands in Carmel Mountain and was craving some sushi. Sushi Hana was the most affordable option and had a good variety of rolls. To my surprise the fish quality and size of the rolls were great. I usually order 2 rolls from sushi places and they don't usually fill me up but I could barely finish these rolls.I ordered on the phone and showed up within 15 minutes and it was already done. The service was fast, prices were good. It's also in a very busy plaza. I will definitely come back here again and dine in.

Wow what a great experience. They have updated their menu and it looks much cleaner. The service was excellent from the gentlemen that helped us to everyone else that greeted us. Our food arrived very quickly and the quality was great. Some of the items from before got updates and tasted much better. We were very impressed with everything. Will be coming back soon. Thank you!

First time here, getting some to-go for one. Ordered the sushi/sashimi combo (comes with miso soup and salad), takoyaki, and hawaiian poke roll. Fresh fish, good sushi rice. The only thing really was that the miso soup did not have tofu in it at all. Takoyaki tastes ok. Price-reasonable Staff was extra friendly and efficient. Got my order in 20 minutes as quoted. The atmosphere is quiet and classy. Lots of tables. Plenty of parking. Would definitely try dining in next time.

My daughter is a spoiled brat when it comes to sushi. She's a vegetarian and many years ago she learned the trick. Make it chef's choice so she walks into the sushi place. She sits down at the bar and she tells the chef your choice...I want avegetarian roll. Some of them take advantage of her and put a massive amount of vegetables and charge $30 not at sushi Hana! the best sushi in San Diego County!!! go there. You won't be disappointed, from the moment you walk in to the moment You walk out, from the simple rolls to the Exotic rolls, from the beers to the service. I would not go and have sushi anywhere else but there!!!

Do not come here for special occasions. Came here tonight to celebrate my brothers birthday with my family. The sushi rolls were just ok and the service was mediocre. They didn't do anything to celebrate my brothers birthday or make us feel welcome. I would not recommend dining in for a birthday.
