Yum! We were at Lincoln Park and looking for a place for happy hour. We stopped by here and it was amazing! We got the lycee martini and it was delicious, not too sweet and smooth. We also got a few happy hour rolls. They were all fresh and tasty! We had someone with an allergy and they were accommodating. Service was great as well. Would definitely recommended.

This is a casual sushi spot you can go to with your friends and not necessarily need to get dressed up, but can if you want to. The food alone is hands down five stars. We sat in the back area, which they label as the speakeasy and is a bar area with about five two-top tables. The drinks are concocted STRONG which is my personal love language. I would 100% get the Lycheetini and the Night Cap again. We started our meal with Mr. Kim's Crispy Rice, which is spicy tuna on a bed of crispy rice that was a little chewy, but the jalapeño on top made it crunchy and a 4/5. The In & Out Signature Roll was a show stopper, almost like a seafood tower on top of a maki roll. It felt like such a treat because of the generous portions of fresh fish embellishing this roll and a complete 5/5. The Moulton had cilantro in it, which made the roll more vibrant and bright with a healthy cut of tuna inside. 5.5. Last, but not least, was The 22. Simply amazing and like Lady Gaga would say never been done before. It featured a torched thin piece of salmon decorating the top of each piece and added a mild smokiness to the flavor. To top it off the entire night the featured setlist was ChappelRoan, who opened for Olivia Rodrigo this year, so to say this was an ideal night was an understatement.

pretty underwhelmed overall by sushi hall. i got the rainbow roll and it wasn't as good as other rainbow rolls i've had - not the best & not the worst it could have been, hence the 3 stars. there wasn't a lot of flavor and i don't like feeling like i have to dunk everything in soy sauce. we also got the edamame which was pretty good.sushi hall is family style, so if you order individually like our group did it's likely your dishes will arrive staggered so some of my friends finished their meals before others received theirs which makes for a bit of an awkward dining experience. definitely keep this in mind because it might be better to just order everything for the table instead of choosing to get separate things! our server was nice, and i got a lychee martini which was pretty good! maybe a fun place for drinks vs meals? overall not a spot i would come back to, but again not the worst sushi i've ever had.

Was super excited to try this place after walking by many times, but was unfortunately underwhelmed. After already deciding what we wanted to order, the server told us that they bring out dishes when they are ready, not all at once, so we ended up getting all of our food at different times. Kind of an awkward experience for ordering individually, so I definitely recommend sharing here so you can eat all at once! We split the edamame and pork dumplings. The appetizers were pretty good. For my meal, I got the moulton specialty roll. For the price of these, I was expecting them to be a little bit more lavish or filling. I was still pretty hungry and wished I had gotten something else too. This one also had cilantro, which was quite different and I wasn't a huge fan. I like the neighborhood feel of sushi hall, but the prices and quality don't really match up with the vibe. The service was also just ok; our waters were never refilled. I'd like to come back and give it another chance at some point!

Loved Sushi Hall! They recently opened their patio for the summer and it was such a vibe! The food was delicious and super reasonably priced. The chicken katsu was massive, I had that for leftover the next day! Also enjoyed all of the rolls and appetizers! We had lychee mocktails that were perfect for patio weather I'll definitely be back! Such friendly service as well!!!

Cute place! Had a reservation at 7:30 and was not seated until 8. Sat in what they called a speakeasy, but it was just a back room through the kitchen that was pretty tight. Service was slow to start, but they were busy, and it got much better after we placed our food order. To start I had a lychee martini, this was great! I came here for restaurant week, started with miso soup and edamame! The soup was so good, unfortunately they were out of soup spoons so I had to sip my bowl like a cup. I then got the in and out roll and tuna nigiri. The nigiri was large and very fresh fish! The roll also had a lot of different flavors and went nicely together! I think my favorite part was the dessert! A mochi donut with ice cream, this donut was amazing! I would come back for this! At the end the bartender offered us a round of sake on them for the wait! I think with restaurant week they were slammed, I would come back on a regular night!

Recently tried Sushi Hall and loved it. Such a cool new spot in Lincoln park with a speakeasy bar. Really like the colors and vibes of this place . The service is also quick and the staff is friendly. The food was a 10/10. Unforgettable taste, impeccable craftsmanship, and a symphony of freshness await you at Sushi Hall. This is probably my FAVORITE spot I've been to recently. It has an outdoor patio too, making it the perfect spot for SUMMER.We tried the Hamachi on the Hall, The Friends Night Out, The Moulton, Gyoza, and Togarashi Fries. Each dish was so flavorful and the portion sizes were good too. Hamachi on the hall was my absolute favorite. I will definitely be back to try other things on their menu.

Reasonably priced sushi with medium quality fish. The in and out roll was by far the best thing on the menu. The crunch from the rice with spicy tuna on top was a great combination. All of the other rolls were good to fill me up, but was nothing worth ordering again. The Nigiri flight came out with surprisingly massive cuts of fish. However they were very flavorless and didn't taste as fresh as I would like my raw fish to be.
