This place is now a regular for us. I learned one lesson: when going with a child, order a bit less. I had to finish my order and what she left! Also, appetizers and the sort take away from the main meal.Their options are amazing. The taste and quality are amazing. You can't go wrong. We've only done the all-you-can-eat even though they have a menu option. The AYCE is very filling with generous portions. From my experience, it always possible to order more, so I'd recommend ordering a reasonable amount at first (if not a bit less). Leftovers are charged. And, especially when getting there hungry, it's very easy to underestimate how quickly one can get full. The ambiance is quite pleasant. Good lighting. The staff are quite attentive when one sits down but takes some patience to track them down afterwards. They're running all over the place and yet have a pleasant demeanor when they get to one's table. We've been here many times and plan to continue coming!

Good sushi, my favorite AYCE for the northern suburbs. Ambience is nice, and they have a lot larger menu than other AYCE in the area, including premium appetizers. My first three times the service was very slow, but during lunch on my last visit appetizers came out within 10 minutes, and the sushi followed 15 minutes later. Spicy crab salad and the takoyaki are my favorites for apps; seaweed salad, miso soup, and edamame are all solid choices too. The salmon and tuna rolls are solid. Most of the special rolls have spicy fish, cheese, or are deep fried so I haven't found one too love yet. The ISO yuki roll is the go to, but I wish it were smaller.

While at Bowlero next door, decided to order some sushi to-go. Didn't even see the "all you can eat" option til later. Maybe next time.Inside looked pretty modern and very casual and since it was a carry out I can't comment on the service besides the fact that I was not greeted while standing there for a bit until I approached the waitress about my order. Ordered directly off of yelp on a Sunday 6pm. Took 40min for:-Love boat and Chicken Teriyaki.Love boat was perfect for two people and tasted great.Chicken Teriyaki was a bit dry, and tasted more like chargrilled chicken was used. Overall, the value is great. They don't skimp out on miso soup either which was nice.

We came here for a late lunch and it wasn't busy at all! Our waitress Annie was very attentive and took care of us promptly! The first batch we got was really good, small amount of rice on the nigiri and the second batch had more rice! We truly enjoyed this AYCE sushi place, it's our go to! Their gyoza and Siu Mai are fried now, which tastes much better!

This place got relocated and remodeled from the previous location. If I would to eyeball it, slightly smaller than their original location. I do like the fact you can get sashimi, limit two per roll, at the all you can eat sushi. We have gone here three times since the remodel. Food is good and service is good overall. But two out of the three times, our food came out reaaaaally slow. We are talking about 45-min to almost an hour between rounds. Twice we were there for over 2.5hrs, only to get in two rounds of sushi. To a point where the last time, I left there hungry, but I didn't want to wait 3hrs for food, as much as I love food. Beware of slow food output in peak hours. I hope they remediate thisBATHROOM REVIEW: located near the middle side of the restaurant, bathroom was immaculate. I would hope so since it got remodeled. Overall, a nice peeing experience. Sit or squat? Sit!

Great AYCE spot in the northwest suburbs. Fish is fresh which is fantastic. Not that many sushi specialty roll options, but they do nigiri and sashimi which makes it worth it.

We tried coming here last night (Friday) It was going to be next to Impossible to get in or be an extraordinarily long wait. So we opted for lunch today. While the menu is smaller for all you can eat so was the price so that was a bonus! Our sushi was delicious! The rice was nice and fluffy and the seafood was very fresh! Although their "spicy" is a bit more than I'm used to, it wasn't too much. It's a cute calm place and pretty quiet for as crowded as it was. Our server was very attentive and very nice! This was a great weekend afternoon choice for a quick and tasty lunch ! I'm very glad we included it as part of our girls weekend plan!

Its been awhile since I've last come. And they have since moved locations within the same plaza and have updated, the interior looks a lot like the city sushi places. The place was busy on a weekday evening. We had a bigger party that had 3 separate sheets for orders. The order took a little while, with the hot food appetizers coming out first. The sushi came out and it was well wrapped and the rice to fish ratio was just about right. The mini single fish rolls- Hamachi or tuna or salmon were just right, perfect pop in your mouth bites. Overall a decent AYCE sushi experience. Kids are charged based on height, ranging from $4.50 all the way up to $15.

Sushi Grove has been our family favorite sushi place for 8 years at least. My brother moved to another state, but comes to this place while visiting family or on business. Food is great. Service is respectful and nice. Pandemic and plaza renovation hit them, but the restaurant survived. The new space on The Clove plaza (still under construction) is smaller but great food and service are the same. I miss authentic decor of the old space, and hopefully with business on rise, the owners will add some decor to the new space. I can't blame them after taking financial hit of pandemic, they can't redecorate at once. Maybe, they decided to have a fresh concept. When I go to restaurant, I start with washing hands and checking bathrooms. The bathroom is a mirror of kitchen. There is a idioma about good housekeeping - eat from the kitchen floor. The bathroom is spotless and modern. The tables and chairs are new and comfy. Waitress are cheerful and caring, prices reflect good value for what you get. The restaurant offers two options: all you can eat for sushi bar and lunch/dinner menu. Pictures are from 7/11 visit. Dinner for two from the menu including soups, hot teas and 21% tip - $40.00

Went with a friend who talked me into the All You Can Eat sushi option. My first time having sushi and I liked it. Many appetizers to choose from which is part of the all you can eat deal. Many different types of sushi. Price is excellent for the amount of food. Food is very good. Our server was very attentive. Nice relaxing ambience and very clean restaurant. Will definitely go back.
