Searching for Asian restaurants on Yelp and came across this place; it had a good rating and close to home, so decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint!!The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Portions were filling.Servers were pleasant; however, I received my food about 10 minutes before my husband received his food. I know this is not the servers problem.The restaurant was clean and the noise level was perfect!! We will definitely be back.

Food was decent, with the teriyaki and fried rice being the tastiest things we ordered. The service was extremely disappointing. My daughters were excited to see their "favorite waitress" would be serving us, but after taking our order she didn't interact with us. At one point, no staff were visible in the restaurant - I think they were eating? At the end of our meal, my kids were super excited to order dessert. However, after not following up to ask how we were doing and sitting staring at our plates because we were done with our meal for quite some time, the waitress dropped our receipt off without asking if we would lie anything else. She didn't return for some time, walking by our table at least twice without acknowledging us (we wanted to order dessert) then came by and dropped the credit card machine off at our table. So we paid our bill on the machine and waited a bit longer to ask for to go containers for our leftovers... after about ten minutes of waiting she had again not returned or acknowledged us in any way so I went to the counter myself and grabbed our containers so we could leave.A shame that service was so terrible, as we would have ordered more and would have returned for the decent food and convenient location for us. This experience really turned us off to this place.

So many rolls, so little time. Found this place nearby my house and threw it out as a place to celebrate my neices birthday. It's really close to our houses, epic happy hour pricing, and pretty decent sushi overall. We ordered sashimi chefs selection and spicy tuna roll, which might have been mistaken for a spicy California roll. Either way, it was still good for the prices. Decent portions for the chicken teriyaki meal. Also, decent service, but it seemed like they were group servicing as we had to tell 2 different servers what our drink orders were. Would come back for sure!

They have a cute little parking lot right out front. The location is a little funny right next to an auto part shop and a gas station. The restaurant inside is medium to small. It was cozy. They had lanterns at the front and looked like pickled ginseng and other roots in jars at the front. Their service is quick to greet you and let you take your time to look at the menu. I liked being able to take my time to look at the menu. They were ready to take our order right after we finished looking over the menu. We got their beef bulgogi and rice entree that came with miso soup and salad. The salad seemed fresh with a soy sauce dressing. It was just lettuce. The miso soup didn't have much seaweed in it. It also didn't have any tofu in it. It wasn't hot and it got cold early in the meal. We also had the spicy tuna and the dragon roll. The dragon roll was good with avocado on top of a slice, tuna on top of a slice, salmon on top of a slice, yellow tail on top of a slice, shrimp on top of a slice. The California roll portion tasted fine too. The spicy tuna tasted a little off. I liked the ginger that tasted typical of ginger. The food came out fairly quickly. I thought it was good but not enough to come back for this particular set of choices. My expectations might have been too high having had a entree at their sister restaurant. If I were in the area or a friend wanted to come here, I would get the dragon roll.

Second or third time having sushi Ave and I'm always happy with my order. I have only had delivery so I cannot comment on the service or ambiance but the quality of the food is great.I ordered the New York roll, sushi ave roll and chicken wings. Both rolls were very flavorful, creamy, and salty. I love the crunch and creaminess of the cream cheese and sauces they use. Every bite was delicious.The chicken wings were nice and crunchy after I threw them in the toaster over. Very good quality and tasty with the breading they use. I enjoyed the dipping sauce it came with as it gave the wings a whole new burst of flavor.

Started with tootsie roll with cream (next level for me would add some crunch) phenomenal!!!!! Shumai delicious and top it all off with tempura bananas they added dollops of thick, whip, cream, drizzle of chocolate and a spoonful of green tea ice cream...... and the ice cream was not melted!!!!!!! A tasty yummy do it again kind of experience. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I am definitely going to go visit in person.I enjoyed all of these as cold leftovers .... Just as good.!!!

We have been going to Sushi Avenue for more 5 years. It used to be a great place, where the owner would loudly greet incoming customers, and they actually washed and stored chopsticks by name. But not anymore. I went yesterday and found the service to be absolutely dismal. It's a pity though. We used to like their sushi, but won't be coming back here.

Sushi is usually always very good! Fried rice is usually a good hit too. The service however is their downfall. Very poor service, workers are seen on their phones, you have to hunt them down to get basic necessities. Big bummer. Hope that it improves, unfortunately we've began our search for a better sushi place after growing tired of the poor service.

ROTTEN FOOD! We went here for my daughter's birthday and ordered take out because of a friend's recommendation. When my husband brought it home he reminded me that we had been here before and we didn't like it. We were hoping to have a different experience but we were appalled to discover the tempura shrimp and one of our dipping sauces were completely rancid and totally inedible. We will NEVER be back.
