The food is consistent, fresh, and delicious! The young man who is the server is always so sweet and on top of it! We love this place. The teas and boba drinks are fantastic too.

I visited Surprise Pho on a whim. I craved for vietnamese food and called ahead to place my order. They were helpful in helping me figure out the menu. Since I was in a time crunch I had to make sure the food would be ready.They had it readily prepared for me to eat. I got the hot stone bbq ribeye. I love a hot and sizzling plate. I'm not sure but when I had it for my dine in option.. I was hoping to hear the food crackle and pop. But surprisingly it did not get that effect. I ate the steak that once cut into pieces with onion and bell peppers. It was more like a peppered steak dish. It was mediocre, but I'm assuming it would've been as bomb dot com if they had put it hot on the platter and kept the ribeye steak intact and cooked to our liking. I got the shrimp spring roll, it was rolled thick. It helped make me feel full. I appreciate the customer service at this restaurant. I think they can improve the dated interior. I hope they can better their food. But for anyone in the surprise area who doesn't know pho and vietnamese food like I do, the price is a good options for a quick grab and go.

I needed soft foods to eat. So Pho was my best option. This is my first time trying Vietnamese in AZ. It was good. The dumplings have chicken inside. They give you bean sprouts, lime jalapeños and basil on the side. Another container has all the different sauces you can add to the soup. The veggies were soft, but not mushy.We were seated and greeted immediately. There weren't many people inside when we got there. I'm not sure there was much of a decor vibe that stands out as memorable. It's definitely a place to sit and eat, not to go for any kind of hip vibe. My friend ordered the shrimp pho. She liked it. Only critiques: the soup wasn't super hot. The green tea was weak. Too much water was in the pot, and it too, wasn't super hot. I'd go again. Would like to try a different dish next time when I can eat solid food.

This place is really good if you like Vietnamese food. Of course you can't ever go wrong with the delicious pho soup. But whenever I go, you must get the shaking beef. OMG it's delicious. The flavor is amazing. The good thing about this restaurant is there so much variety so if you just like a nice ribeye steak, I totally recommend it.

Love coming here! The ambiance is quiet and calm. There's Vietnam YouTube videos playing that are fun to watch while eating some pho. The broth is delicious and the price isn't bad!

Food was good, nice and hot seemed fresh! I got the combo pho, but lacked any meatballs and only a few pieces of meat and a few pieces of tendons. My husband got curry he was delighted w his meal! Overall, I'd go back for appetizers and curry... just maybe not the pho.

Loved the dumpling pho here. Such a huge portion! It had four large dumplings filled with chicken so delicious.Love the flavor of the broth so much . Perfect pho with lots of veggies , Thai basil and dumplings.We even order chicken satay wouldn't order it the next time , chicken was over cooked was super hard to eat.
