Supreme Dumplings - Kirkland

Authentic Xiao Long Bao! Love it! The Szechuan Spicy flavor is really special! The service is great too.

My first time visiting any Supreme Dimpling location. The food was very good. We ordered wild mushroom fried rice, stir fried green beans, black truffle and chicken XLB and Shrimp and Pork XLB. First the Pros:Loved the decor of the restaurant and it was a nice, warm and sunny day so they had the "garage door" open. I loved the mushroom rice. It is a unique technique that they employ to make what I would call "egg boba" basically passing egg whites through some sort of sieve as it hits some kind of liquid to cook. Loved the texture!The XLBs were very good: I loved the black truffle. It was nice that the green beans had other vegetables stir fried with it like carrots and mushrooms. Cons:When we arrived, we wanted a table close to the open "garage door". A table was finishing up and our server took our name and number and said he would text/call to let us know when the table was ready. Well that never happened. We checked back 15 minutes later. Then it took forever for us to order as the waiter even admitted himself that he had "forgotten" about us. My friend was ready to get up and walk out. Overall I rank the food a 4 and the service a 3 so my overall score was a 4 hoping that the service we received yesterday was just a one-off experience.

It is a great place to hang out with friends. Nothing extremely surprising. The food was not bad. The Dan Dan noodles was better than expected so I'd recommend that. They also have bite size "San Jian bao" which is like pan-fried xiao long bao in a thicker bun dough. We liked that, too. I've had some really good xiao long bao in the BC, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Shanghai. Therefore I cannot rate this place any better than a 3-star restaurant. They are nothing close to what I had. That said, the interior and service were decent. Great location for dinner and after that, within walking distance, there are some bars if you feel liek extending a nice evening.

Love this Kirkland location!! It's beautiful and bright. Service was very friendly and helpful. Great for sharing food but a bit hard to have a conversation due to noise level. There is not much absorbing sound. Lots of clinking. Food is definitely worth it. My girlfriends and I ordered dishes to share. The favorite for me was wild mushroom fried rice. It was flavorful and light. I could have eaten all of it myself, not gonna lie! The black truffle and chicken soup dumplings were very nice. Tan tan noodles were really good too. Tad bit on the salty side but love the peanut sauce . Lastly, the pan fried pork buns- not what I expected them to taste like but they were good. I recommend making a reservation :)

Came for the second time here and really liked the food .This time took black truffle vegetable fried rice , steam dumpling and they were awesome. Service was quick as we were seated quick and ambience is nice with some good music.

I love supreme dumplings! I joined the waitlist and waited about 25 minutes on a sunday at 1:30 pm. The pork chop fried rice is always very good; the rice is light and fluffy and the pork is so flavorful. I really enjoyed the crab xlb because you could taste the crab and it had the crab texture. String beans were also very solid, and I like the addition of mushrooms. Any of the xlb here are must gets!

Be prepared to wait about 15-20mins because they are very popular, but it is very worth the wait!We got here past lunchtime and the restaurant was full with lots of people waiting. We got in the waitlist there (should have done it sooner!).Ambience: super nice decoration, clean, works for big group (but you might have to wait longer). It is not too loud. Food: Drunken Chilled Chicken: tastes amazing, love the taste of goji berries with the chicken, good presentation!Spicy Szechuan Xiao long bao: tastes good, quite spicy. But most pieced either stick together or stick to the bottom and breaks when we take it out. 3.5/5Tan Tan Noodles: yummy, on the smaller side, the noodles has great texturePan Fried Pork Buns: crispy, tastes good but some piece were slightly burnedMatcha green tea: tastes okayService: very fast, the staff is nice

We were seated right away at 6pm on Friday night. We ordered string beans, pork XLB, sprimp/ppork shu Mai, and tan tan noodles. They do not have alcohol license yet so we could not try their cocktails. Pork XLB: super juicy inside and the outside dumpling skin was thin. Shrimp and pork shu Mai: fried red chili peppers were spicy but added the kick I love. They were filled with shrimp and pork and super juicy.Tan Tan noodles: great presentation and amazing taste! I loved the amount of cucumbers in the dish so it balanced nuttiness with freshness. String beans: I loved how it came with mushrooms and carrots. It was perfectly seasoned, not too salty and oily.The ambiance was rather semi-casual as this restaurant is located in the heart of Kirkland. I loved how the seats were distanced from each other so you are not sitting next to strangers. I would come back when they have an alcohol license so I can try their cocktails!

Best fried pork fried rice I've ever had. The meat is so tender and flavorful. Restaurant has a nice vibe. Parking was hard to find but worth it.

first time here. awesome service and great food! def willing to visit again. ordered xiao long bao, string beans, shrimp and pork wonton.
