Supreme Dumplings - Bellevue

Xiao long baos were super yummy! The dough was soft but held on to the meat. The soup inside the dough is delicious. I also absolutely loved the tan tan noodles and my husband said the pork chop fried rice was very good. Service was good in spite of the busy lunch hours and I was able to make a reservation through Yelp.Ambiance is casual and can get loud. It did feel kind of tight in between tables so I did feel like I was sitting very close to the next table. But that's more nitpicking and the food more than made up for it!

Came to Supreme Dumplings on a Friday night at about 6pm with no reservation. There was no wait and we quickly got seated. The service was good and the waiters came by regularly. Just a note, parking can be very busy in this plaza so plan accordingly. For 2 people, we tried two types of XLB (supreme pork + shrimp & pork), supreme spicy pork wontons, and the dan dan noodle. This was just the right amount of food for us. I thought the noodles and spicy wontons were very tasty, but the XLB were just okay. The shrimp & pork ones had very little soup. The supreme pork were more juicy, but I still prefer the XLB from Dough Zone or Din Tai Fung personally.Overall, a decent spot to switch things up and I'll definitely come back to try more dishes.

I enjoyed the delicious meal. Ordered supreme xiao long bao, supreme spicy wonton, pork chop fried rice, and the sesame machine for dessert. Staff was friendly to greet and offered us the bar since there were no tables available. Quick to provide water and food after ordering. Dessert came out too quickly after our main course was delivered and had to sit cold. There is no further follow-up to check on us. I'm being picky, but for the price and type of restaurant, I expected another connection point from our waiter. The restaurant had good choices of decor to keep interest and wait time minimal.

I really liked how easy it was to order online, if you call it says it will text you a link but for some reason it didn't for me. However the mobile website is super easy.We arrived to pick up our to go order and I was told it wasn't ready but it must have been sitting in the back because the dumplings were room temperature. They didn't provide utensils but I may have skimmed over the part that asks if I need any. Overall it was okay. I came because it was highly recommended to me but next time I definitely want to dine in.

What's with the TINY PLATES?Had an amazing lunch. Got dumplings, green bean, and fried rice. But they give you plates the size of tiny saucers. I could barely put the rice and veggies on there and ended up with a mess on the table. It was awkward and embarrassing. When customers share multiple items with their group, how the heck are they supposed to eat when you cannot accommodate more than one item on the plate? I don't get it. Service could be way better--I was struggling to eat rice with chopsticks and needed a fork. No staff member to check in-- the restaurant was not that crowded. We somehow managed to get someone to look at us. I have never been this annoyed-- it was more because the food was amazing but we couldn't enjoy it because of these issues.

Outstanding dumplings, excellent service, simple but beautiful ambiance.Excellent Xiao long bao - absolutely better than Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone. Skins are slightly thicker than DTF but the quality of pork and flavor of soup beat their rivals easily. Served piping hot, did not disappoint.Spicy wontons are tasty! They use classic wonton wrappers, but they wrap it more like a dumpling, instead of a wonton (found this slightly odd).Pork chop fried rice is beautifully done, would love to try mushroom fried rice next time!Japanese milk tea was honestly amazing - subtle flavors really shone through. One of the best milk teas I've had in awhile.Family-friendly, high chairs and boosters available. Reservations highly recommended, as waits get long especially on weekends.

Supreme Dumplings is a nicer version of Dough Zone, though I didn't actually notice a significant difference in pricing. This location is in the Asian Family Mart plaza, which has a pretty big lot though parking can still be a bit challenging during peak hours. I went for dinner with friends on a Saturday night at 7:30 ish and waited about half an hour before getting seated. If you live in the area, I'd recommend trying to join the waitlist ahead of time as this place can get crowded. Food wise, everything was okay ish, pretty solid considering the price. Won't ever suggest going here, but it's fine.Supreme Pork XLB (3.75/5): The skin was pretty thin and they are very, very soupy. The flavor was just okay though, but for the price, this is still a solid option for soup dumplings.Pan-Fried Pork Bun (1.75): Way too doughy and the inside is weirdly the same flavor as the XLBs. Amount of meat is sad and won't be getting this again.Supreme Tan Tan Noodle (4.25/5): By far, the best item on the menu. Super nutty sesame sauce with just the right kick of chili oil. The noodles have a fantastic bouncy texture and the fresh cucumbers were a great contrast. I'd actually go out of my way to get this, but nothing else.Lava Custard Bun (2.75/5): It was an okay lava custard bun, but I knocked it a bit since it was kinda expensive. Rather than looking pretty, I wish the actual custard was thicker and richer.

Ordered the Braised beef noodle soup. Beef is very tender and soup was very clean taste. Service was super fast and efficient! Food came out under 10 minutes after ordering.

This was my second time at Supreme Dumplings and I had a great experience! Our server, Mei, was super friendly and helpful. The soup dumplings were great and the Dan Dan noodles were really tasty! The inside is clean and modern looking.

The Spicy Pork Wontons were amazing. It has a nice kick to it but it isn't unbearable by any means. would highly recommend.
