I loved the one in Puyallup which had their service and food down. So I was kind of disappointed with the federal way location. The order takers were efficient and friendly. The restaurant itself looked clean and new, although the configuration is a bit odd. The food delivery - I couldn't tell what was what, and nothing was labeled or explained to me. You have to sift through the bags on the counter to find your food with no help from the staff standing behind it. They were recently opened so one of the very young people was loudly explaining to about 4 or 5 staff about how to do their jobs.I had two bags and had to remove each item and inspect the food to tell which sandwich was which. I also ordered a large and small fries. They were dumped in the bag with the sandwich boxes. I honestly couldn't tell which was which. They looked like the same size unfortunately although it was a generous serving if one of them was a small. The food was a mixed bag - literally. The bacon avocado sandwich was disappointing because the avocado was not fresh and was brown (see pic). I disposed of it and added my own avocado I had at home. The blackened chicken sandwich was very tasty, but it was thin and floppy. I felt a bit ripped off for the $9 chicken strips. As in the pic, it was an odd assortment of misshapen small and one large strip. It was not appetizing and was flavorless, but I suppose that's what the dips are for. The custard was delicious. The French fries were tasty. But I'm hesitant to return because of the food quality. But I'll try again once they've been open awhile. The Puyallup location is worth the drive!

My friend and I visited here for dinner. It was great dining in. Fresh, made to order and a soft bun.Took an order to go for my husband and it was good, but highly suggest enjoying it dining in.Really upsetting to buy a pint to go of what was supposed to be Peaches n cream to come home open it up and taste Orange Creamsicle labeled as Peaches n cream.... Called the restaurant and they were mortified because they had earlier on in the week had some team members somehow mix it up. Yet they never pulled the product to start over.... Disappointed for a company that has multiple locations and should know a mislabel should be taken seriously... With a place run by teenagers it's hard to trust that it will be sticking around

They have really good custard! And so many flavors! They sell them in pints and also in cups (single & double). I also tried their chicken slider that comes on Hawaiian rolls. So good! Chicken wasn't dry and food was well seasoned. Cajun fries were also very well seasoned!

Super excited to try this place and was super disappointed when we finally got it. This may not be an accurate review for those who are considering dining in, we got our food to go. We ordered the fried tenders, grilled tenders, blackened grilled chicken sandwich and loaded rosemary fries - the fried tenders were very soggy and could have been left in fryer a little more. Basic tastes nothing that would bring me back. Not even with the sauce bar sauces could help. Grilled tenders were too spicy for some small kids. None of it was eaten by them. I didn't like much either. Fries were ok- some crunchy parts that would chip teeth and some good and normal. We enjoyed the rosemary pepper flavoring - they packed the loaded sauce separate to keep it from ruining the fries so that was nice. Dutch chocolate frozen custard was delicious.

This place never disappoints me, the place is always cleaned, the employees are always happy to serve, the food has so much flavor and it always hits the spot. I've never had better food thats ready quick! I also recommend getting the bacavo sandwich

I really wanted to like this place, but its just got a lot of work to do. I have been to this location twice now and both times were not impressive. Went it around 3:30 PM there were maybe 3 other people in the restaurant and about 10 people working. I placed my order for a sandwich, a salad, some fries and a pint of custard to go. I sat down and waited for my order, fun part about this place is you can see them making the food. I watched and could hear as they were working on my order, saw them put one order of fries into the bag....a few minutes later the second order of fries in another bag.... several more minutes later the rest of the food. Needless to say I knew those fries were going to be ICE cold when I got home, but I was not about to wait for more as I had already been waiting about 20 minutes and husband and small child were waiting on food. Grabbed my custard from the little freezer, I chose the Pineapple Whip; but it was not Pineapple anything, it was just vanilla. Watching the employees they were more interested in chatting with each other than making any of the food, which is sad because if all the food was hot and the order correct it would have been a great meal, but I just cannot justify over $50 for food that is cold and incorrect.

If we could do 1/2 I would rate it a 3.5. First ever visit to a Super Chix. They have been open a few months I think. They are chicken, salads & custard. Everything is a la carte. Sandwiches do not include fries. I had the Blackened Cajun sandwich and got Cajun fries. The sandwich had nice flavor but it is a thin filet and gets lost with the size of the bun which isn't huge. The lettuce was fresh and leaf instead of shreds which I prefer. The fries were heavily seasoned to the point I couldn't eat all of them. Lots of sauces to choose from. Cashier was friendly and the restaurant was fairly clean but some things needed attention and stocking. Kind of a small space but they make the most of it with a decent amount of booths, tables, and bar/window seats.
