7months pregnant and got a random craving for French toast on a random Monday morning during the middle of AZ heat They have a shaded dog friendly patio which I loved bc I had my girl with me and they had a cart stationed to give water and stuff to dogs. My food was amazing, the patio was clean and the server was so attentive & friendly. Food didn't take long at all but I was also the only one there on the patio and it didn't seem busy inside.It was a lovely peaceful morning, I ate my food and left before the heat got intense. Can't wait to come back and try the mimosas flight

I have been to this restaurant at least half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. My latest visit was for brunch with a friend this morning. Upon entering the restaurant, we were quickly and pleasantly greeted and then seated. Within moments we were provided with waters and asked about interest in any additional drinks to which we both ordered coffee. We began talking and catching up to the point that we sent the waitress away twice requesting more time to review the menu. She responded very pleasantly both times, telling us to take our time. A few minutes later upon her return we placed our orders for food. Within about 10 minutes our meals were served and everything was hot and fresh. Throughout the meal we were checked in on to make sure everything was ok and make sure we had everything we needed. Upon completing our meals the dishes were quickly cleared and the bill was left with a "no rush" comment. We sat a while after finishing coffees and talking, and a couple times more we were offered refills. We paid the bill and left, and were wished a nice rest of the day as we exited. Overall, very pleasant staff...great service...yummy food.My ONLY complaint about this restaurant is the up-charge of $1.00 EACH for a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato I requested be added to my already $14.00 breakfast sandwich. These up-charges are excessive considering what I got. I understand that some up-charges are necessary for more costly items (avocado, etc) but in this situation is was a little ridiculous. I'm also not a fan of up-charges being a surprise when you get your bill. Added expenses should be clarified by the waitstaff when an additional expense request is made by a customer.

The food is good, nothing outside of the ordinary when it comes to breakfast! Seating was tight-we were literally seated close to the door by the outside patio and we had to keep adjusting our chair so the staff could get by! If I'm in the area I would go again but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat here!

I didn't get to take photos of everyone's food, but everyone was happy with their meals.I myself got the cinnamon French toast and it was very good, very sweet, and so large that I had to take the rest home.I ordered a chai latte with sugar free vanilla syrup hot, but they brought it to me iced.The waitress immediately had them make me a hot one and I got to keep the iced one as well.Both were so delicious.Even my husband liked it, and he isn't a tea or coffee person at all.Our children for Mac n cheese and sweet potato fries, as well as apple juice. The portions were large for little kids, but for older children or children who have a large appetite, it wouldn't be too much. I tried their Mac n cheese and it was actually very flavorful, almost has an Alfredo taste. The ambiance is nice and it was pretty busy around 8:30 am.All the seats were taken up but thankfully they had a table for us.Once w e left, there was a small family waiting for a table outside.It's a busy place.It was aesthetically pleasing and clean, and our waitress was professional and friendly. Waiting for the food didn't take too long, especially considering how many others were in the restaurant. We definitely wouldn't mind coming back.

I had breakfast here today. It was delicious. Everything was prepared as expected and was all homemade. The service was friendly and the patio ambiance was great. Even at 96 degrees. Great misting system. I will be back!

Tucked away in a commercial business plaza. The place is pretty small and the wait is long. They accept online waitlist, I suggest you add your party before leaving.Our server was awesome ( shout out to Michelle).I got the chorizo omelette and it came with thinly sliced potatoes. It was very savory and good.We also shared the waffle, it was delicious. Soft and a perfect crisp.The coffee was not good, very bitter. This is a bit out of ways from where I live so I don't think I would come back, but I would if I lived closer, I would.Overall it's good.

Love this place! Though a long wait on weekends it's worth it. We had the best service with passion iced tea flowing, great mimosas. The food is delicious, fresh and nice portions. Had the lemon ricotta pancakes for dessert after eggs and toast and they were very nice with lemon shreds and lemon icing yummm! Our waiter was tge best and enjoyed it.

I recently visited Sunshine Breakfast Bar and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so inviting and cozy, it felt like I was dining in a friend's kitchen.I ordered a coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The barista really knew their stuff and made the perfect cup of joe. The food was equally as impressive. I ordered the avocado toast and it was hands down the best I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sunshine Breakfast Bar. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food and coffee were exceptional. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot.

Sunshine Breakfast Bar is a cute little breakfast brunch bar located on Cave Creek rd just north of the 101. It's popular and gets busy, so join the online waitlist before you go. I really enjoyed my chicken fried steak with a refreshing breakfast mule. For some reason, the sourdough toast is extra delicious!

We love this place! The lemon pancakes are amazing and so is the Tenderloin Benedict, mocha latte, dog treats on the patio, everything!!! Raya was amazing treating us like family. The atmosphere is fantastic and we love that it's a dog friendly establishment!! Thank you guys!
