This place was very popular for takeout orders and very busy in general, so the service was pretty slow and took a while to get our food. However, I could tell it was popular for a reason; the food was pretty authentic and tasty for great prices. We started with the tempura, brussels, and firecracker roll. All were great portions and flavorful. The Brussels were on the saltier side but well done compared to other places. As for the spicy miso ramen, I've definitely had better ramen. It wasn't piping hot either nor spicy. I had kimchi as well on the side, which was a nice option to add.Overall it's not my favorite ramen but liked the other dishes that we got to try and would try some other dishes next time as well!

Hands down the best ramen I've ever had. I've had other ramen spots and never underwood the hype. This one was a game changer for me. The sushi menu is very limited and expensive so I would not go looking for sushi but the meal was phenomenal.

I saw some photos and heard some reviews. Walked in expecting to be underwhelmed. The decor is simple, the restaurant takes a simple minimal approach on decor, this is a good thing. Movable tables and chairs make for ability to set up for large parties or move things for special needs clients in wheelchairs or using other mobility devices. One lady came in with a baby and they helped her to the door and out with the stroller. Very good customer service, even after dining. At our table we ordered plum wine salmon avocado firecracker roll and curry rice. The salmon avocado is very fresh and combined with the plum wine has great taste. The firecracker roll packs a nice spicy punch but isn't too overwhelming on the taste buds. The curry rice is tasty simple on the palate and a nice dish. Food is served pretty quickly. This is a hidden restaurant sat amongst mostly fast food and retail. If you get a chance to go DO IT. Don't let the minimalist decor and ambiance throw you off. This is top notch dining working within a low cost environment. The food is your focus when you're here and the restaurant does a good job of fading to the background as you focus on your table your people and your dishes.

I really hate to be that person, but if you've had ramen in Japan, then you know this isn't real ramen. Their tonkotsu ramen is the worst! The broth was so bland and the eggs looked old. It did not taste like tonkotsu at all. The broth for their spicy ramen had a very weird flavor - it almost tasted like they threw a bunch of spicy chili sauce all over it to give it some flavor, but was unsuccessful. Their croquettes would've been good, but they served it to us cold. It was warm on the outside, but cold on the inside. Chicken karaage was not well seasoned. Despite the disappointment, I will say that the only thing that was good was their sushi. I wanted to love this place so much, but it's not worth the drive.

Hoping that this place gains some traction! This place opened up recently and I'm happy to have stumbled upon it while googling ramen places in the area. My husband and I went to dine in tonight and the food was all delicious. We were the only ones dining in but there were a couple takeout orders that had come in while we were there. Pork buns: buns were fluffy and soft, pork was flavorful and had a nice sauce on top of it. I could have done without the lettuce on it though. Cream croquette: so good! Basically a fried potato nugget with a smooth cream to it inside. Would definitely get this again. Ramen: I got the Tonkatsu and hubby got the Miso. Both were good but I liked mine better. Very flavorful! The pork in both had a char to it which was nice and the egg was perfectly cooked. I asked for some Sriracha which they provided, plus they can bring you a spicy chili paste. Mixed the sriracha into mine for some spice and it gave it a good kick (there are spicy broth options on the menu - I just prefer to mix my own spice levels in). Overall, a cute spot that could be overlooked if you're not familiar with the strip mall plaza. We'll definitely be back - maybe to try some sushi or their rice bowl options next time!

Had a great take out meal. Thoroughly enjoyed almost everything they ordered and would re-order most of it again.Takoyaki: grilled octopus balls. This was great! Was everything that I expected it to be even after taking it home. Good flavors, good textures, a decent amount of octopus inside. Would get this again.Chicken karaage: this was great also and I'd get it again. Though the chicken didn't stay crispy after taking it home (as expected), the chicken texture was soft inside and the sauce (seemed like a spicy mayo sauce) was a good dipping sauce for it. I'd get this again as well!Tonkotsu ramen: pretty good ramen with a good soup base. The pork chasu in it was very flavorful. The egg was perfectly soft boiled. Would get this again too, but may try other ramens next time.Gyu don: marinated beef over rice. This was great as expected also. Tasted exactly as I thought it would. A bit of a sweeter meat/sauce if you like that.Spicy tuna bowl: not my favorite and won't be getting this again unless there are changes to it. The tuna was the very chopped up, so it didn't really feel like I was eating a raw fish. The taste was a bit spicy, but I didn't taste any type of saucy flavor to it. Just a little spicy mush over rice. I ended up adding the spicy mayo sauce from the chicken karaage to it to eat, and enjoyed it a little more that way. (Sorry if I butchered this dish). Maybe I'm just not used to what a spicy tuna bowl is, but I prefer sauces in my raw fish over rice. The restaurant is a cute little shop with a decent amount of seating, but doesn't look big enough for large large groups unless you combine tables if they're available. There's a cute little foosball table kids can play with as well. Small enough for maybe toddler aged kids or I guess adults too? Ha.Thanks for a great meal! I will be back to try more things on the menu!

I had the Black Tonkotsu Ramen. The garlic truffle oil they use is a great addition to the traditional Tonkotsu I am used to. The service was good. Highly recommend checking the place out.

Great ramen, sushi, and boba. The prices are pretty good too. The service was a little slow around lunch time on a weekday, but it wasn't much of a problem.
