Sunny Scoops Ice Cream

It took me too long to visit them in the store. I've been working with Susie on multiple events and they've been very generous supporting schools and sports teams. They have so many flavors to choose from. I got a rainbow sorbet and it was delicious. The store is spacious and there are many outdoor games. It's a nice place to have a treat and hang out. Please support a local business who is doing good in the community.

I am beyond impressed with this cute ice cream shop! Give your server a raise, he's a saint! Came here for an ice cream social with our group of families from Mended Little Hearts, so there was easily a party of 18-20 people from little kids to adults. Your server today was beyond patient and kind, friendly and attentive with a wonderful attitude despite us invading the shop. The location is great with plenty of parking, the shop was clean and neatly and aesthetically decorated. Outside the shop there is a small grassy area with giant connect 5, corn hole and other games. The variety of drinks is great, and the ice cream! Yes! What we came for!!! There are plenty of options available even for the pickiest ice cream lover. Very pleased and truly enjoyed it, went for doubles! Give this place a try because it's totally worth it and your young man working there is a gem!

Omg YES! How did I not know about this place? A little off the beaten path but so worth it.I got the caramel boba milkshake. Totally unique and delicious. A winner!!Will be back for sure!

Went here the family and some friends and we loved it. The cute girl serving us was so nice and helpful and was so sweet to the kids! I got a split scoop of Salted Caramel and the Exhausted Parent, other got Strawberry Cheescake, Ultimate Oreo, Raspberry Lemon Italian Ice, Brownie Cascade, and Cotton Candy. Loved all the different flavor they have here! They have games out on the lawn like cornhole and ladder ball that was fun for the kids and adults as well! Such a cool spot!

Cute little ice cream shop tucked away in Rancho Bernardo. The staff member assisting us was so sweet and patient with our group. All the flavors we sampled tasted great but I went with Nathan's Famous Java Chip (coffee, chocolate toffee, candy coated almonds) and Brownie Cascade (chocolate with brownie pieces, caramel cups, fudge). My 8yo daughter, who doesn't usually finish her ice cream, had the Cotton Candy flavor and she ate all of it! I appreciated the split scoop option and the kiddie size. The color changing spoons are also fun! There are also some lawn games on the small grassy area next to it along with a cute ice cream bench. Tables and chairs are located on the side as well as in front to enjoy your ice cream there.

This is a great local business and shouldn't go unnoticed. I took my kids here for ice cream and the kid helping us out was super friendly and the ice cream was definitely a great quality. We had the mint chocolate chip and it definitely had a rich mint flavor. They have lots of cute cone shapes and plenty of flavors to choose from.

Craft ice cream in Rancho Bernardo! This place recently opened near the high school. I can imagine students trotting here for this treat after long, hot school days.The ice cream has a creamy texture and is a lot closer to a Cali Cream/Handel's than a Baskin Robbins/Rite Aid.Good selection of flavors from chocolates, salted caramels to coconuts, strawberry and then even a watermelon Italian ice.I like how they offer a flight so you could get up to 4 flavors at a time. Oh and check out the color changing spoons!

Yay, we finally made it here! It was highly anticipated since we heard about this shop from my daughter's dear friend Samantha. Coincidentally we come to the I-15 side of San Diego all the time, so I was very excited to see that they had finally opened on their Instagram page.We called our local RB friends up to meet here, and what do you know, THEIR classmates just happened to stop by too!! Cute seating, and fun flavors. Also a great place to meet up with kids because they have an adjacent lawn with lots of shade and fun outdoor games to play with.The one thing I noticed was that the ice cream flavors were hard to see for little ones because it was sitting so deep inside the refrigerator. Otherwise, we were very happy to finally meet the owners here and to experience their unique ice cream. THANK YOU!

Yay! Sunny Scoops is officially open!!!! We've been so excited for this place to open. Today was their Grand Opening and such a beautiful sunny day for this to happen....perfect day for ice cream!!!! Then again....it's always a GREAT day for ice cream! The shop is super cute. Staff are AMAZING!!! They welcomed us as soon as we entered. The inside decor consist of cute little chairs and tables to sit. It's clean and bright. On the outside there is an adorable ice cream bench to sit on. Perfect for taking pictures. Ice cream was yummy! We got mint chip and Blue moon. Tastes like fruit loops....so good! Kiddos really enjoyed it. Bonus, the spoons arecolor changing. How fun!!! We will definitely be returning. This place had amazing service! The two girls working shared their favorite flavors and the most popular ones as well. They were so patient and kind and made the experience great. The birthday cake ice cream was amazing. They had so many options to choose from as well. Many vegan options and sugar free options:)
