Sundance Cafe

This was my first time trying Sundance cafe. I got an egg and cheese breakfast bagel on the cinnamon bagel and a caprese melt cause I couldn't decide on just one thing and I kind of wanted both a breakfast and a lunch sandwich lol I'm so glad I ordered the caprese melt, I love caprese salads and sanwiches and anytime I see one on a menu somewhere there's a very good chance I'll order it. I can honestly say they make a delicious Caprese melt but a just below average to average at best breakfast sandwich. The cinnamon bagel was pretty good, I enjoyed the slight sweetness to it but much like another reviewer stated, it seems like they just microwave their egg sandwiches which dosen't make for the most pleasant tasting egg... I also felt the egg wasn't cold, the cheese was melted but it also wasn't as warm as it should be. The egg and cheese bagel wasn't worth the $6. The caprese (mozzarella, pesto, tomato) was sooo good though and came with a little side of balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil which creates a wonderful well balanced flavor when combined with the tomato and cheese. If I return I'll stick with their lunch menu items as they appear to be made with fresher ingredients.

I work in the area and have been looking for a good salad for lunch. I was excited to see that they have salads and opted for a chef salad. While the woman behind the counter was super nice, the salad was pretty disappointing. The container was only about half filled and was definitely overpriced (for the amount of salad, it should have cost closer to $6 instead of $9). I was still hungry afterwards. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but I wouldn't go here for a salad-there are better options in the area.

I got the pick two for $6.99. Delicious, healthy, fast, and friendly people. I will definitely go again. They have many other options to choose from.

I love this cute little cafe. It's family owned and operated. They are always friendly, courteous and clean.You can't beat the prices. They have daily sandwich deals for only $5 or you can add a side item and a large fountain drink for an additional $2.49.Their soups are made from scratch and they have several delicious original items. Try the Grazing Cow, Woo Wee burrito, Caprese melt with fresh basil or the Chicken a la king.

The ladies here were super nice everyone seems to have a smile on their face ! I asked for a drink that they didn't have on the menu but they custom made it for me and it was delicious ! The prices are great and they have lots of little snacks for 1$ I got my little boy a pack of nutter butter cookies and my espresso specialty drink all for about 5$ not bad at all THANK YOU

Breakfast SandwichesThe owner is very nice and generous. Always seeking the best service for customers with love and kindness. Foods are fresh and enough to fill my huge my stomach. Come and eat!

This is a great little gem of a bistro that caters to locals that need a no-stress sandwich or refreshment! The owners are very pleasant, the food is great and they push it out quickly. They have a good collection of personal items (envelopes, pain relievers, fem products) that they can't make money on but I'm sure have helped out customers in a pinch. If you need a bite in downtown Tacoma during the day between buses or events this is a great place to stop by.

The owners are the nicest people ever! So sweet! Their food is tasty too! I usually get breakfast here, coffee and a sandwich or burrito. They are fast and efficient and the customer service is top notch!!
