Absolutely delicious food with a big wide open seating area. The staff is top notch. We happened to be visiting during a thunderstorm and somebody offered us a table further in the restaurant if the kids were nervous.Back to the food - it's delicious.

Go to Peking Duck restaurant with table side carving. Complete duck dinner includes duck fried rice, duck soup, and buns. Large duck is carved at table. Carcass is retained for soup and fried rice. The duck was perfectly cooked. Skin crisp and meat juicy. Order came quickly after being seated. Dinner comes with 6 buns we ordered an addition 6. Ordered beef Chow Fun. Odd things encountered. $.25 for a alice of lemon or $1 for a whole lemon. Not enough onions, sauce, pickled veg came with duck and buns and additional had to be ordered. Although I knew how the duck was served additional explanations for first timers should have been given. I like the front kitchen back kitchen setup and wide open floor. The room is beginning to show wear. Chair marks on all walls need some paint. When asked if one duck was enough for a party of 5 the waitress had trouble answering. I say we had enough.

The food and service is fun and first rate. I've been going for many years. The prices have truly risen but I think all restaurants have been facing the gauging prices of their suppliers. This is true for the restaurant industry. The LARGE inviting space inside this fun restaurant is so nice!!Give it a try. They told me they make their sweet and sour soup everyday so don't miss out on it. Best I've ever had.

I've taken out from here many times over the years, the service is always not too long of a wait (at least on the days I've been). I always get roast duck (both ways), roast pork (a favorite) and bbq pork. When you're looking to get Chinese bbq, I think it's pretty good and consistent. I still have yet to make it in for a meal but the space is pretty decently sized and you could probably do a party for nice sized group. Go for what I like and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too.

This place is some great Chinese food with a large variety of items. I have been wanting to try this place for a very long time. You don't need a reservation even with a large party. My friends and I came with a party of seven and we were able to be seated immediately. The whole duck is something to order with the whole family or friends as it comes with a lot: noodles, bao bun, fried rice, and a bone broth soup. The Singapore Mai Fun was delicious and cooked very well. I haven't had Singaporean style noodles in a long time and it did not disappoint. The service may not be the best but they are very efficient and the food is great especially at a very reasonable price.

Ambiance: nothing fancy! They don't do reservations so it's best to come here for an early lunch over the weekends or an early dinnerFood: always 10/10. The pecking duck dinner table service is so good. I normally don't enjoy duck but they make their duck in such perfection that I forget I'm eating duck! The sauce and bao buns that come with it is also very good. We recently tried the oxtail which was fantastic. The crispy wontons are filled really nicely. Their homemade sauces are delicious.Drinks: the tea was yummy/strong . I don't recommend the rice wine unless you're ok with a VERY strong alcohol. They do have a full service bar and some cocktails on their menu Service: not the most friendliest waiters or waitresses. We were waiting for our full party to arrive while seated at our table and I wish they would have stopped by to take our drink orders while we waited. You basically need to flag your server down; but the food honestly makes up for the lack of 5 star service.

I have not been back here in over a decade and I was very excited to come back.I found that the place has expanded and really changed as far as the decor and environment and now had a bar.Parking in this area is just as hard as it was 10 years ago.Upon entering, there was already a line and you had to put your name in, but we only waited less than 15 minutes, which was great. The menu is very extensive with so many different choices and combinations which I think appealed to so many different people. When you scan the restaurant you will see all kinds of people eating there which really shows its ability to cater to diverse tastes and diverse people. We ordered the Peking aka Beijing duck, as I had seen it on yelp as well as online reviews. I had high anticipation, for this came to the table was not Peking duck. It was just a roast duck. When the employee started slicing, he also did not slice it to only include skin and first layer of fat, and he just started slicing away at it and gave us huge chunks of meat and almost every part of the duck. This is not an authentic Peking duck experience. The baos arrived at the table, barely room temperature. In fact cold and tough to pry open. When we bit into the pieces of duck on the table, it was confirmed it was roast duck. There is nothing crispy about the skin at all.The second dish came out as soup and the third dish We selected a fried rice. You can tell by the photos we ordered quite a bit of food, including another fried rice, wonton soup, a chicken corn soup, beef chow fun as well as pork chops.Everything tasted OK nothing really stood out though. This place is not cheap. It is actually quite expensive and and I would rather have gone to Chinatown for a more authentic experience.I still give it four stars because I do respect their longevity and tenure as well as their previous recognitions and awards.

So my bf and I came in due to a lot of people raving about their duck. We ordered a few things, their BBQ buns, Peking duck, w/ medium rice, and Singapore noodles. Disclaimer: menu isn't the correct prices. there were two Asian servers, one of them was really impatient and the other one was super patient and nice with us. I felt rushed trying to order with one of their employees, but the other one was so sweet and even tried to help me with ordering food items. Not sure how all my entrees came back before my buns even tho they're appetizers, but I understand that it happens. 8.7/10 Singapore noodles - has great amount of protein and veggies, not too much noodles. It does have a spice/kick go it which I throughout enjoyed. This could probably fill 2 people on its own without anything else. 6.5/10 BBQ buns - it was okay. It wasn't anything special and I've defintely had so much better elsewhere. Their buns were soft, but the BBQ wasn't strong in flavor. I wished ir was juicy but it's not. 8.5/10 duck- it was good duck. It was a good portion size and it was good in flavor. We ordered rice to eat with the meat. It had a nice amount of oil to salt/savory flavor. They do have a dinner there you can order and have a lot more food with it. The sauce is really good with rice! I like this place, I just wish I had better service and food should come out accordingly. Overall it's good. I do recommend their duck if you're craving some duck. There's street parking that you can pay for.

I come here pretty often and it is consistent. I usually get the duck dinner with extra buns. Extra buns is important here because I feel like the buns are not enough. I think one duck can usually feed 2-3 people and the soup is amazing. Recently I tried the egg rolls and they were a bit lackluster for me so I probably won't be getting it again. The service is pretty quick. This is a great place to take friends, family visiting, or even a date. I am definitely coming back again!

Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, the off menu Bejing Duck Dinner is the star of the show on this menu. A generous serving of an entire duck, duck soup, and duck fried rice served with appropriate sauces and bao buns. It is delicious and used to be for reservations only, but lately I've gotten so much mixed feedback from this establishment and their staff, I'm not sure what to believe. Know this: the duck is 5/5, the drinks are pretty good as well, but the service is confusing at best and just downright rude at times. On three different occasions in the last few months I've wanted to reserve a table on a Friday or Saturday night to bring visitors (4 person party max). The forst time I called was right before Friday dinner rush, the woman said they were getting busy and ask me to call back the next day for reservations. That I understood, I called at a bad time it seemed and rather last minute. I was still somewhat confused by this though because the first several times I'd dined there a reservation for the duck dinner was required (and even their website said so and still does). The next two times, I was smarter. Calling to book a reservation on the Wednesday for a Friday meal and early Friday for a Saturday meal. Unfortunately, both times I was met with rudeness and told they don't take reservations. I was confused. I'd eaten there previously only because I was able to get a reservation for the duck. When I tried to clarify with the woman on the phone she said again they don't reservations. To say the least, I was dissuaded from driving to uptown to press my luck. I will give this place a try again. Likely in the winter months when it might be less busy. TLDR: off menu duck is phenomenal and a must order, but try it on a weekday if possible. Despite the great food, service leaves a lot to be desired.
