NOTHING was right!The food came late and the order I received wasn't even mine. I'm addition, the wrong food I got was freezing cold.*reference picture below*NEVER ordering from this place again!

Great food and prices..... but the worst service you will ever have. We waited over 45 minutes (with no drinks either) for our food to come to the table.... and then when we wanted to pay the bill at the desk the employees sat on their phone for MINUTES without even looking up. We had also ordered tea.... and 5 minutes after the food shows up, they tell us that they couldn't find their ONE mug. Wow.Not going here again.... I didn't even mention the dingy restaurant....Definitely should have just walked out.

I'm middle eastern. Walked in, thought it was shady AF. But whatever, let's stay and see how the food is.Talked to the woman, found out that she's Moroccan, and the person cooking in the back is from Oman, got optimistic a little because: Arabs making Arabic food, they should know what they're doing... NOT the case at all!-The hummus is out of the can! No tahini, no lemon, no NOTHING. It's literally diced chickpeas.-The grape leaves are also out of the can, I can tell because they were square as if they've been stacked on top of each other for a very long time-Then the beef shawarma, oh my lord it was so disgusting.... the beef is not seasoned right, there's LETTUCE in the shawarma!! (Lettuce is only put in chicken shawarmas authentically) oh and pickles (?? Also only put in the chicken shawarmas authentically). The tahini was super runny, almost like water consistency (it needs to be heavier).And every table was ashy from the hookahs, asked the person to wipe the tables and he got attitude like if I asked him to wipe my ass for me... super unprofessional, super dirty, super bad food, DO NOT GO THERE!!And whoever is rating this place higher than 1 Star CLEARLY has no standards.Also, the owner of the place NEEDS to read these reviews.

Postmates to go. Did not dine in. Store bought Italian dressing on a "Greek" salad? Awful. Black olives, not kalamata olives. Cheap, flavorless salad mix. The chicken shawarma was tender, flavorful and over all was good. But this salad is the biggest disappointment. Over dressed, asked for dressing on the side. Ugh.

While I was there it was great.... then I went home and to bed... I awoke at 3am with TERRIBLE stomach pains and was completely confused. I had only eaten a falafel wrap, and a Coke at the restaurant! For the next 24hrs my digestive system's ability to function went down hill fast and stayed there. There is NO WAY I got food poisoning from a VEGETARIAN dish. It had to be cross-contamination. BTW 36hrs later and I still can't stomach solid foods.I'm not saying don't go here... I am saying just don't eat... Go luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Bangin' food, friendly staff and "laid back" atmosphere! Our server ( unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very attentive to my tables' needs and wants. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

We went for their new Friday night hookah and music event and had a blast! The restaurant itself is somewhat small but they have put a lot of work into making it cozy and fun. The floor seating is a nice touch; it's very good for socializing! Nobody in my group knew a lot about hookah, so we let our waiter choose flavors to mix, and each one he provided was very enjoyable. The DJ was also very good and played a wide variety of music, though it was a little loud for my taste, as I had a hard time hearing my friends occasionally. The service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive and even brought us tea. With regard to food, we only tried the hummus which was quite tasty as hummus tends to be. All-in-all a great place to relax on a Friday night.

Let me start off by saying how this review will not affect customers that frequent this place, because I doubt patrons of this place ever look up Yelp.This place is shady AF, not family friendly at all avid the few times I've been here the food has always been sub-standard.So this Saturday night my gf and I had a hankering for shwarma and seeing that was one of the few places open we decided to go there . Let me preface this by saying my gf is American and I'm Indian. As soon as we walk in the woman whose supposed to take our order is sitting in the corner smoking a hookah, makes a comment about us being an inter racial couple in. Arabic.I then asked a gentleman by the counter where the restrooms were and he feigned not knowing English and complained about having to speak in English to the same girl in Arabic. She then went on to say in Arabic that they(we) just want to use the restroom and not order anything .The only reason I know this is because my girlfriend is learning Arabic and understands the Saudi dialect.I understand that this is a multi-cultural country and you should be able to speak your own tongue freely, but if you refuse to conduct your business in English then you really shouldn't run a business here.So in conclusion of you're feeling like being cussed at in Arabic for really not that great Middle Eastern food which isn't really that reasonable, this is your place.I really wish Yelp had negative stars

Delivery service is awful. The driver called and could not find the main entrance to my apartment despite me explaining it to him for 15 minutes on the phone. Will never order again.

If you are looking for some great tasty middle eastern food in a authentic laid back styled venue then Sultan's Grill is where you need to be!! The food came out so hot and fresh each and every plate seasoned just right. Definitely try the Lamb Mandi!
