Sukho Thai Cuisine

We have been here several years ago, we saw that there are new owners so we decided to come here again. I ordered the Seaweed Soup with Tofu and my husband ordered the Pad Thai with beef. Everything was very flavorful and delicious! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were so happy to come here as the team that took over this restaurant location used to have a Thai restaurant in Algonquin, IL which was our absolute favorite Thai restaurant in the area - no other place near us comes close to the food. We got our favorites including the honey duck, crab Rangoon and sticky rice dessert. The restaurant is in a busy strip mall with a few tables inside, but food came out quickly and fresh!

I ordered a carry out on a Saturday night. I ordered online and received a confirmation within minutes. I picked up the food at the scheduled time and it was ready and hot. I ordered basil chicken which was delicious. I asked for #2 spiciness and that was perfect. Just a bit of spice but not overwhelming. I also ordered Hawaiian fried rice. It was filled with full sized shrimp and pineapple. I would definitely order both again. They have a small dining room good for lunchtime. There was nothing extremely memorable about the dining room. Ample parking in a large lot. This will be my go to Thai.

When ordering delivery, we decided to try Sukai Thai Cuisine. We'd never trie them before, so wanted to se if they could be one to add to our growing list.We ordered Drunken Chicken Noodles and Curry Fried Rice using GrubHub.A few comments about the food and then about delivery.The Curry Fried Rice was excellent. We're fried rice fans, but had not tried this version before. The texture of the rice was great. It had a slight crisp to it; the chicken was cooked perfectly; and the food was hot. The Drunken Noodles were also good. Since I get this dish a lot, I found it good, actually very good. I'm happier with the preparation at other restaurants but don't want to knock this one.Now, one comment about delivery. I'm growing more and more unhappy with both GrubHub and DoorDash. My feelings about both are the same. While they offer a good service model, practically, the food generally arrive Luke warm and even cold. That was the case here.The convenience of using a food delivery app is nice. They add a lot of fees to their service; I understand they don't pay the restaurants their fair share, and with a few exceptions, their issues are blamed on the restaurant. With COVID on the rise again, dining is is beginning to be concerning, again. These are the times where the service is the only option, and may help keep restaurants in business. My point is, they are a necessary evil. I wish they understood service the way their clients do.

First time cclient. I went there to get a Tom yum soup noodle because my throat was acting up and I felt the need for some warm hot and spicy soup. The website had good reviews on this dish. The price was $7.50 (now fixed) on the website so I decided to give it a try. The noodles were in a small container. The soup was a decent size but they charged me $14 for the dish. I was surprised. Not worth it. I wonder if the other dishes are good.

Good lunch spot, its pretty authentic. Most everything was delicious. Had the pad see ewe, pad thai, tom yumSoup and fresh thai rolls.The soup was very authentic. The pad thai was good but the sauce was sweeter than I normally like so I didn't end up finishing it. Cost was good. Cozy place, very casual. Like being in your Grandma's kitchen or dining room. Lunch specials give you soup, app and entree. I'd go back.

This is the Best Thai food.. It is fresh great quality food. I have never been disappointed. The service is great. The ambiance is mediocre. They had another restaurant in Algonquin that we frequented . Now we drive 30 minutes to enjoy this fresh authentic Thai food. We can't find any that come close in freshness or flavor . Highly recommend

Food was delicious. Service was fast. Seemed like a takeout place, but was a nice place to sit and eat as well.

This was my favorite restaurant for 20 years. It changed hands a few times and now I find the food to be very oily. Loved their pad Thai, Basil fried rice and noodle dishes. The Tom Yum soup is so goodJust which they used less oil
