Staying in the hotel that this place uses street level space at, it was a treat to be able to see this upon entry and exit. You could also do some window shopping while on the street and see everything they had to offer.I didn't really get to do much in here but I was able to try some of their treats. I was able to give their cookies a try. I was impressed with how massive the cookies were and how well decorated they were. It was almost a crime to eat it, but a cookie is a cookie.It was your basic sugar cookie, cut into a design, and then impeccable decorated. Mine, if I remember correctly, was a turtle and I felt bad having to break off piece after piece and consume it all. It had the right amount of sweetness that gave me the kick I needed to get myself through the rest of the day.

As a bakery/sweets lover, I came in hopeful--but maybe too hopeful. Service was attentive and nice, however the pastries were severely disappointing.The cookie was crumbly, dry, and oily at the same time.The $2.75 macarons were insanely stale and chewy. It was honestly my fault for getting 4 costing $12+, only to be met with regret. The only good thing was the cake pop, but you could go to starbucks for that.

I've had much better cupcakes. The Orange Dream didn't have any flavor. The Red Velvet was dry and it just didn't appeal to me. Service was fast and pleasant.

What a cool place inside the Palmer House hotel. Service with a smile from two wonderful employees!They have some amazing macarons, tons of breakkie beverages, and so much more! Enjoy it and you will not regret it!

Cute bright and vibrant spot in the Palmer hotel! A little lacking in flavor, freshness unfortunately. I stopped in last week, wanted a small bite to satisfy my sweet tooth. I ordered an Irish cream mini cupcake and salted caramel macaron. They were perfectly sized, very cute on the small plate, but didn't really deliver in terms of flavor/texture. Both were relatively cold/hard, definitely not fresh. Tasty enough but not exactly a home run. Staff was nice and friendly though, gave me an ice water too when I requested.

This was a location where I visited that was on a food tour. They served a number of homemade sweets that included brownies, cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, etc.I had a 7-layer brownie. It was a brownie bar layered with chocolate chips, coconut, butterscotch chips, graham crackers, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk. With so much going on, it was somewhat plain. It was also a little dry. I think the presence of the graham crackers helped attribute to the dryness factor. I was hoping for more of a flavor punch given the number of ingredients present, but that was not the case.Will I go back? Unlikely.

I needed a cake delivered to a client, last minute situation..... I hadn't been here before, but after calling around, the staff (particularly Isabella) at Sugar Bliss was the most helpful and friendly so I placed my order with them. I had many details to add and was sure they were tired of me calling back to: add a particular note to the order, draw a certain picture on the cake, add a certain color ribbon to match client's logo.....Anyhow, they accommodated my requests happily and cheerfully! The cake was delivered perfectly in 90 degree heat and the clients were very impressed!!! I am excited to taste their cakes myself as this one was not for me!! Very impressed with the level of service and will go here in the future for my bakery needs!!! Thank you, Sugar Bliss!!

First overpriced coffee drinks. 2nd I don't know what was going on with the girl who was making the drink. Seemed like she was on something cause she seemed very aloof. I asked if she had vanilla flavoring/syrup. She didn't understand what I was saying even tho the syrup/ flavor was right behind her and she was skipping around. She goes to empty the puck from the previous coffee but there was leftover grinds and she didn't clean it off she just pressed more coffee on top of it. Then she makes the coffee with ice but only fills it 3/4 full and then she is struggling to get a straw from the outside on the counter. I told her I could get it but I had to awkwardly wait 1-2 min as she's trying to jump to get it. She also kept whispering, mumbling, and laughing at herself it was weird

Great service the staff was very nice. I tried the cupcakes and the cake is moist. I love the frosting it's very buttery, not too sweet. They inside is very nice because they have the cupcakes there for you to see all the flavors. They are as good as they look.
