Subway

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this Subway location via Uber Eats. Not only did they mess up my order, but when I reached out to them, the employee had the audacity to blame me and insisted that I pay for the remade sandwiches - even though I didn't even touch the original ones, which I promptly returned. To make matters worse, the replacement sandwiches were not only cold but also poorly toasted. This level of terrible customer service is inexcusable. I strongly advise against ever patronizing this Subway. It's been years since this branch opened, and the consistently rude employees make it abundantly clear that they don't deserve even a single star. If it were possible to rate them in the negatives, I most certainly would.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I keep trying to give them another chance...but over the past few years this location just gets worse and worse. Service is subpar, bread is flat, toppings are sparse, prices are high. They also refuse to take coupons... SKIP IT...

I love subways sandwiches!! They have many different great options! Everyone is so nice and they have great customer service! It is also very clean. DEFINITELY GET SANDWICHES HERE!!!!

Disgusting and audacious. Rude, sloppy, indifferent, and dumb. No point in writing more.

One of the worst subway to eat at. Went there three times now and their customer service is very poor. They dont take certain coupond like buy one get anothet sandwich free, they dont place the same number of meat slices as other subways. Never going to order at that subway again

Have to give them 1 star since they never honor the promotions. Too bad since they are much closer than driving to North Bend where they are happy to honor.

Avoid!!!They don't care if you find a 5in chicken bone in your shredded chicken sandwich unless you get hurt. I think the owners should put the bone in their mouth while eating dinner and see how they feel.The Subway legal team will only do something if an injury is sustained. I think a jury would feel otherwise...

Their hours say they open at 8:30am but it's 9am and the door is locked..... There's an employee in the store too....

Jasmeen is extremely rude and didn't even get my sandwich correct. Horrible customer service and one of the most rude people I have ever met as well as the owners. They are disgusting. I met one of the owners, Jennifer and she was also very rude.. This place is by far the worst to get brekfast, lunch or dinner. They need to do some form of customer service training..

The sandwiches were not bad at all Bt you don't have to be so cheap and give me 3 tomatoes slices on a footlong sandwich Come on dude like really is it going to hurt you to make a meal with it's money your charging . You wouldn't have such bad reviews if you put more consideration towards your customers It's fine I'll go to the other subway down the street next time even if I have to drive 3 miles extra
