So we ordered a 6" cold cut combo. The girl gets the bread out and unrolled this like 1" wide strip of meat and put it in the center of half the bread. So it appears they didn't like meat hanging off the side of the bread, so they cut it in thirds lengthwise. Totally ripping people off. I don't believe they slice their own meat, wrap it in paper and cut it up in pieces.

I mean we ordered 4 sandwiches, the most simple sandwich we ordered didn't have LETTUCE, it isn't the first mess up they've done. The Manager is so rude & very petty, we spend so much, I mean this order was over $54 for 4 sandwiches, until something is done we will NO LONGER give our business & honestly the Health Department should visit them with a full Covid check not to mention protocols & maybe pay attention to orders before they don't have a job & their location is shut down!!!!

If you go to this Subway and a tall, skinny man-bun wearing employee makes your sandwich, be sure to check them before you leave. Starting with a monotone apathetic "Welcome to Subway" when you enter, he will make your sandwich with the wrong bread, leave the cheese off, and glob so much chicken teriyaki sauce that the sandwich becomes a sodden mess. Normally the employees are friendly, pleasant and don't screw up out of a complete lack of caring about their job, like ManBun does. He really just wrecked the good impression I had about your store.

No AC. If it's broke...GET IT FIXED. The weather IS NOT overpowering your AC. That's not how AC works. It's cooler outside than in your restaurant. I'll be calling from here on out to see if it's cool inside. I feel terrible for ur employees. And I'm banking on the fact that it's broke and just not allowing the employees to turn it on. Whoever manages this place needs to step up their game. And whoever OWNS it, needs to fix this problem. I'll be checking back tomorrow and the next day and the next until it's solved.

I must be a fool coming to this place 3 times and getting sandwiches like this or worse. Honestly read the reviews and was scared as I've just moved out here, anyways... it's a fast food joint, i though my sandwich was gunna be missing something but nah that shit smacked as usual per my encounters with other subways. I did come late at night and order online so they didn't have the cookies i wanted but it is what it isssss i got oatmeal instead. Sub was well portioned, fit in my hand well with all the extra shiiiiii i added onto it and it was still sauced up nicely.

Very rude to elderly. There was a sweet older gentleman hard of hearing & could barely walk trying to order for himself & his wife. The gentleman asked kindly for the girl making his sandwich to repeat what she said a couple a times, and she had 0 patience and got extremely rude, snippy, and screamed "WHAT SAUCES DO YOU WANT). Poor old man started shivering and just tried to show her the list he had written down of what sandwiches he wanted, and what he wanted. This store needs workers who care, have patience, and that can handle customer service. The sandwich they made me was very minimum, and barely had anything on it with a ton of ranch. Just shows how careless the teenagers/young adults cared about having a job.

We went here for dinner last night as we lost power and every other place was super packed. When we came in the first girl to help us seemed extremely over worked as she expressed how hungry she was after "slamming" the meat and cheese onto the first sandwich. Thankfully another gal stepped in to help as she was much kinder and seemed to place the toppings more gently on the bread. I know it seems like a silly review but I think these girls may have a lot of pressure and don't get the proper breaks they deserve. I don't want to put her name as I don't want her to get in trouble but I do want them to be aware that we weren't comfortable being helped by someone with such an attitude toward our sandwich lol
