I GET GREAT SERVICE! I am always interested when I frequent a place and then go back to see bad reviews. I work a block from here and can say I have never received bad service. From the first time that I started coming in for a quick sandwhich the service has been great, the sandwhiches right on! And they have a drive-thru! I also havent noticed the delay in ordereding that I hear with other fast food places. As a quick bite goes- I recommend!

Would leave negative stars if could. Ordered on the app solely for the convenience of being able to go through a drive thru after hours being handicapped. Drove 10 miles 1 way after the app said my food was ready. The worker tells me my order Was never sent through the app. As I explain the situation she becomes defensive and argumentive instead of trying to help fix the order. Maybe they should be trained more on the mobile order system so they're informative and not wanting to argue when asked for help. My card was charged $23 I waited more then 20 minutes to see if it would come thru her system while it showed my confirmation number and full order on my phone. The convenience of having ordering online and pick up was a HUGE inconvenience, then to be treated rude by someone in customer service was great also.

So this Subway location is 24 hours unlike 99% of even the fast food in the area. Each time I've gone there early in the morning while the service has been decent the wait times are insane . So this morning or for me, tonight I was headed home from a 16-hour day starving with nowhere but Jack In The Box open period as usual I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes to get my sandwich just to find out from the extremely rude cashier that she could not break my $100 bill and because she couldn't break it she would throw my sandwich in the garbage . The fact that her not being able to break my bill meant that instead of just doing the proper thing and giving me the sandwich being as it's her fault or their fault , it's The Logical thinking of her better off in the trash can like I'm at fault for having cash but the fact that she was so rude about it, is that this Subway location lost my business for good, as well as my recommendations which are fairly constant being as I live in the area and it's one of the only decent 24-hour food places in the area. But due to my circumstances of literally being on the brink of passing out because of such a long day and having wasted 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru , and Subway wasting a sandwich because they didn't want my money , I will be leaving reviews on every review website I can find as well as calling corporate in the morning I still will never visit this location again horrible customer service horrible wait times and obviously horrible employees that don't even have the ability to think logically

Surprised by the increase in cost for a sandwich that I used to be able to afford easily. Workers were masked and gloved felt safe to grab a sandwich. Breakfast is much more affordable I may stick with that. Easy parking

Well I came all the way here and their closed...or at least the person working is hiding for work the sign is on and it says "drive thru open 24/7" I pull around and can CLEARLY see some one inside but maybe he's on his union break?!

I probably come to this location twice a week for the past 2 years because it's conveniently located near my residence and the best part...24/7. Ryan worked the drive thru and prepared my meal tonight and honest to God... best sammy I've had from here. Sandwich ingredients were full, nicely placed and perfect (I always ask for extra on weird stuff like Mayo or Vinegar). Service was also great - no rush in ordering and was very pleasant at the window. I can tell this guy either loves his job or is just passionate in the things he does. Thanks Ryan!!

20+ min of wait for a pick up orderAlso when I was on the drive thru, o e of the employees put 2 cones behind me to block the entrance, one I got to the window he call me out saying "I don't know how you came on the drive thru since I block it" really? 2 stars because it still tastes good. But I would not consider this the Monster steak sandwich for $17. And they ask. "Do you have a monstrous appetite?" I did. I'm still hungry.

This review is a little unconventional! I am a crisis response worker and had a very difficult shift. I was trying to keep it together on my lunch break and was not able to. The employee behind the counter saw I was not ok, came around and gave me a hug. I was able to finish out my day and it meant the world to me. In addition it was my first time in this location and will be coming back loyally!! 11/10 food and kindness.
