EXTREMELY RUDE staff. Ordered through the app and could not choose large drinks. When I explained there was not an option to order large drinks on the app I was very rudely told the order said small drinks and I could not have large. Asked if I could pay for large and was told NO! I asked why I couldn't pay for large, the girl at the counter said FINE IF YOU PAY FOR THEM! I was charged full price for the large drinks and then they took back the small drinks that was already paid for.

Fresh! My experiences here have been great. Clean store, tasty food and quick service by attentive employees with good listening skills. I like to load up on vegetables, which can make a sub difficult to fold, cut, then wrap. Every time I receive a delicious sub well taken care of by the builders. Thank you Subway!

Worst service ever. Ordered on the app, get there to pickup and they don't have one of the sandwiches at all so I had to change that, then they didn't have the sauce that makes the sandwich. I didn't get a phone call to change, when I told them to just cancel the very rude guy tells me I'm still going to have to pay for it. Wow Subway. I love spending money on nothing. Still trying to get my money back but apparently PayPal and subway like screwing people over. Don't go to that location.

I ordered from this subway on multiple occasions ,sandwich it self was dry was made poorly I don't normally leave comments but this was something that should not go unnoticed I hope the next time I eat there I see better Improvement .

Only ever have two workers and one of them constantly has an attitude, being rude to guests, slamming things down. Takes way to long and make mobile orders right in front of you while you wait to be served. Attitude and operations are pathetic for what use to be the pinnacle of fast food.

Very poor customer service. Watch that they don't cheat you out of food, it's a tough economy and if you don't pay attention they will serve you less food than you're supposed to get. I miss the $5 dollar footlong days LOL!

The service sucked today I ordered online for express pick up while understand it's busy that's part of the business but this lady proceeded to take care of 4 customers in line before making my sandwich and wasn't even apologetic and saw flies in the store.

Man i didn't think too much of the "horrible customer service" reviews but its true.. by far THE WORST customer service. Fat white girl behind the counter has attitude like as if your annoying her. I know you work at subways but theres pride in everything and the customer has no fault of that at all. Made a sorry a** sandwhich to say the least. To make things worse the ONE thing i wanted was Salami and she tells me there is no more. Thats Great subways... This location is by far the worse location and i will NEVER come here again. I never write reviews but deff had to this time. Hopefully it steers you guys in the right direction.

This place is awful. They literally took my money and canceled my order on purpose. I made an order through the app and when I went to pick it up two extremely rude women said they did not know what I was talking about. They supposedly never got my order. I thought it was weird so checked my app and sure enough they DID get my order, but THEY canceled it. I assume it's because they didn't want to honor a promotion that was going on. So unprofessional. They canceled my order and to top it off still charged me for it. They also don't answer the store phone what so ever. They let it ring and ring an will not answer. Extremely unprofessional. What a disgusting way run a store.
