Terrible service. Subway is running a $6.99 ft long. Don't go to this location and expect to get it they will not honor the advertisement. This Subway is the worst subway I have ever been to.

So spontaneous meeting, figured maybe going to order 10 sandwiches, so approximately 2:30 in afternoon called and said, could I order 10?sandwiches for about 4:00 Pm, I called because I didn't want to walk in at 4:00 and overwhelm staff. I talked to a really nice gal, for privacy will leave her name off. After conversation back and forth and with another person at Subway, it was agreed we would come at 4 and pick up 10 sandwiches Italian, Turkey and ham as in talking the manager apparently said most popular. I said we would pick up at 4:00, offered to pay, gal stated to pay in store at pick-up. Final agreement was 10 sandwiches as mentioned, assorted and cut into 4 pieces as I wanted it to be easy on them. 15 minutes later I get a call, I feel really bad for the gal that assisted me on the phone, " my manager says catering orders need notice, we can have ready tomorrow morning! lol really? Ok so if I walk in and order 10 sandwiches that's ok? Yes! So you don't want an hour and a half notice to make? My manager said No, Ok thank you! Unbelievable, we tried to be respectful, allow time, not create a back up, be aware of staffing and the management couldn't handle. I feel bad for franchise owner as this was probably at least 150.00 order, but based on response we will go walk in and order somewhere else. We tried to make it easy and not back them up. The time actually spent on phone they could have made the sandwiches. Unfortunately On this post I cannot comment on taste or quality of food.

Does not accept coupons even though all subway restaurants in the U.S.A accepts official subway couponsWell ... you better think again because this one does not 2. They ran out of the main ingredients to make a sub & that was the meat & the bread also to what was funny was that is was 12:00 pm noon it was not even lunch time yet if you don't have any ingredients to make a sub well you should probably have a sign up or close down your restaurant 3. Food is really pricey almost about $25.00 dollars just for 2 subs plus tax to I say that otherwise it is a pretty good restaurant if this 3 things could be fixed I would probably eat here more often

I went in for an interview, and the man that interviewed me was very rude and very judgmental. I'm not sure if he is the manager or if he is a hiring manager. He judged me about my transportation situation and told me I had no common sense. i've never felt more disrespected by an interview ever in my life. This Subway already has pretty bad service but now I see where they get it from. This man obviously has no experience in a professional work environment and it definitely shows. Hopefully he learns that if he wants people to work for him, maybe he should be respectful and professional. I also applied for a morning shift to mid afternoon and he continued to tell me that I will not get that spot and that i don't have enough common sense to understand that it takes time. I understand that it takes time but if that's what I applied for it, that's the position I want to get trained on. He also continue to tell me that there is way more people that are better than me that may get the job.

Standard subway as far as options, but based on the look is the toppings, this is not a high volume locations. Our sandwich maker didn't think anything of scraping the bottom of The bucket of chicken, an inch of broth and all, and slopping it on the bread to make a wet soggy mess. I watched her do that and asked for chicken without the packing liquid, and she said that's how they keep it fresh. She begrudgingly grabbed fresh chicken, then asked if I wanted new bread too. No, no I don't. I love wet soggy bread. Service is functional and friendly, but excruciatingly slow. There could be a line to the door and they would still take 10 minutes to throw together a sandwich. But, we can't be too fussy up the hill.

Can't with good conscience recommend this abhorrent example of an already second rate chain. Frequently out of ingredients and refuses to participate in national campaigns. Talk about taking advantage of your neighbors. Don't understand how neighboring businesses went out for less than this but this subway lives on. Pathetic.

My wife and I order and pickup a Subway wrap every couple of weeks. Last night's order might be our last at this location.The wrap we received was definitely smaller than before, like two weeks ago. Less meat for sure and I think less portions than before. Not good. And, I actually gave them a higher tip than usual on the order. The price has increased as well since the fancy "we slice it here" machine came.We'll drive down the hill next time, IF we order any time soon. But the other location does accept coupons.

This Subway does not participate by accepting Subway's coupons. So, drove right past it and onto the Subway down the hill. Very short sighted business decision, in my humble opinion.

I used to work for subway and man let me tell you something. Yes we were constantly running out of stuff. That wasn't my control I was just a crew member. People bitching about prices was annoying. I got paid shit to deal with shity estrella residents. Yall are rude and made me hate my job working while going to school. Then complaining about prices, if you cannot afford full price stay home and cook. Yall were entitled and I felt bad for your kids you nag anf nag and nag.
