I am surprised by a lot of negative reviews here. This is the nearest Subway and I order from here quite often. My kids love Subway sandwiches so I always order for them using the app and pick up the order. This location is better than most because they actually participate in most of the "deals". My favorite being Buy one Get one Footlong sub for free. I can buy 2 Footlong subs for around 12 dollars (not quite like good ol' 5 dollar Footlong promotions lol) but I can order everything right on my phone. By the time I drive there, the order is ready for pick up! The employee there currently (always been the same person last few months) is very nice and I think he recognizes me now. Parking is super easy and my order is always ready on time. Subway sandwiches aren't.....the best sandwiches out there but I have zero complaints about this location.

HIGHLY recommend to take your money else where. Worst experience at a Subway. I made a mobile order to have two subs and sauces on the side. As result, I received both subs with ALL the sauce requested to be placed on the side inside both subs instead. Unfortunately wasn't able to finish the sub and wasted money and time.

This particular Subway does NOT honor their coupons. I was on my lunch break and only went to to eat here because of a coupon I received in the mail. After having my sandwich prepared I was informed by the cashier that I would have to pay full price for the sub because it was supposedly exempt from this coupon. The coupon literally says ANY footlong sub and the fine print offers no reason to the contrary. After arguing with the employee she called the manager (Azad) who also told me he would not honor the coupon. The store was also a disaster inside with a giant puddle on the ground right inside the door that stretched approximately 5 feet all the way to the counter making it impossible not to stand in half inch deep water as a customer. I will never return to this location especially after how they treated me. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal/scammer for trying to use a coupon.

I had a pretty good experience here. Although I don't usually eat at Subway, I was starving on my way home the other day and decided to stop. There was only one person working at the time and they were very nice. The staff member definitely took the time to make my sandwich neat and having been served sloppy sandwiches at other locations, I really appreciated it. Thank you! While I know Subway isn't known for having the freshest, healthiest ingredients, I was pretty satisfied with my meal.

Stopped in at 12:30 on a Sunday for a sandwich to go - I didn't leave until 12:52pm.. Only two people working and one female employee spent 15 min trying to figure out with a man how she overcharged him for a large order.. He was extremely angry at the end of the conversation as she kept having to call someone as the line got bigger.. I did feel bad for her as she looked like she was crying after he left, but she wasn't empathetic to him or any other customers waiting patiently and it was frustrating to watch on both ends.. Heartfelt Smiles and apologizes could have remedied the situation I reckon as in the food industry customers are your business.. .. The young male employee was probably moving slower then anyone at Subway could move.. Multitasking was not something he was good at and I am sure with how busy they were he probably would have rather been anywhere else but there.. Alas though my sandwich was made perfectly and tasted like every other Subway sandwich I have ordered tasted.. Nothing special and the slowness and service ( and lack of apologizes from the staff for the wait ) made it a negative experience.. I don't know why I keep coming back but its walking distance from my work and I am sure that is how they stay in business.. T-mobile customers as the service is lacking..

Worst subway ever! The meat on the sun was seriously lacking. Probably got a 1/4 cup if that. I complained and was told it was the franchise owner with his strict regulations, and the meat "shrinks". Like really?I can tell you other subways give you more meat and toppings. The owner apparently wants to just make more money giving you less.

Horrible Service. Couldn't even get my food because it took so long. 2 total customers overwhelmed the worker and put him in a panic. They had ordered premade cookies and pretzels and it took 20 minutes to fulfill that order. Highly recommend going elsewhere if in a rush. Jimmy John's right across the street.

This was my first and last time going. Put in an online order. Get to this location to pick it up and I look at it, and it's hideous- like someone ran over it and pale. In addition to that, when someone requests toasted I'd expect the bread to not look like the bread in the display case and be golden brown- or at least noticeably darker. Second the cheese wasn't existent and he swore up & down that it was on there... but my guy even if it was that ish wasn't gonna be melted ... The worker at the counter when I explained my order was incorrect, started digging through the trash can for my receipt for proof of what I ordered... i clearly could just show my online receipt so I speak up and offer to show him, he looks and sees the details to my order and then proceeds to open my sandwich up and start digging and looking through it to see if he truly missed something... Now mind you in a food service place the last thing you should be doing is digging through a trash can and then through a customers food. He then proceeds to tell me I'm wrong and that he indeed made my order right and that I was the one who opened it and need to take it.... well I must be weird bc I thought it was common practice to double check that what you paid for is correct.... My order was remade by someone else after I stated that it doesn't matter what he thought happened when he made it at this point. Because I'm not taking back a sandwich he just put his nasty hands in. He also DIDN'T wash his hands until after I called him out that he didn't do it before he tried to switch into a new pair of gloves... disgusting. Overall, I'd stay away from this place just for hygiene purposes.
