I love to add my own Tofurky slices & vegan cheese to the Veggie Delite. It's delicious!
Ham from subway. They told me this was normal. When it was folded, I could only see a thin layer of black on the edges.
Quite a surprise when I found moldy spots after eating this much of the sandwich
This can't be normal. I'm removing the ham and eating the veggies. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

I was recently visiting Seattle and stopped by this location because it was close to the hotel where I was staying. When I entered, I took a little bit of time to figure out what I want because the menu is different than what's in California. Once I decided, I began to place my order. The older lady that was working on 5/2023 at 12:45 pm started putting stuff on my sandwich that I didn't ask for. And when I told her to remove it she got an attitude. I am not sure why, because I should be able to get the sandwich the way I'd like it with the toppings that I want. I told her to cancel my order and I left.

I really wanted to support the owners at this franchise but they make it impossible with their lack of customer service and inconsistancy with getting to-go orders right. I have give them several chances but will no longer be going to this location and would strongly suggest that you don't either for a variety of reasons.

Customer service is bad. Ordered online and waited 50 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready!The only person working kept waiting on the people walking in. Won't go here again!

First, the good. It's Subway and has typical Subway food. Decent sandwiches.Now the bad. The staff here is rude. Several others in recent months have pointed this out, and I see no responses from this store. They just don't seem to care.They are short with customers at every step in the process and seem irritated that they have to help you or even talk to you. It's as though they think ESP should just kick in and then they wouldn't have to be bothered taking to you. Every interaction is either a virtual or actual eye rolling "would you hurry up" projection of irritation to the customers. I observed it while waiting in line and felt it when it was my turn. And it seems to be every employee.The ultimate rudeness my last time in here yesterday came at checkout. I ordered one of the messier heated sandwiches and asked for a few extra napkins at check out AFTER watching my sandwich be put in the bag after paying. The woman very rudely and condescendingly stated that there were already extras in the bag (there were NOT) and shoved my sandwich at me in a "get out" kind of way. Not acceptable.I'll drive the five minutes to the next closest Subway rather than returning to this one. Avoid.

Stale bread, very little meat, not wrapped tight, very light on mayo. Why do I ever NOT go to Jersey Mike's? Because I'm a fool. Never again Subway. And your prices are outrageous now!

We only went here because we had coupons. Classic bait and switch - They said they didn't take coupons with no explanation as to why. I put the 2 bags of chips back and wanted to walk out since I wouldn't have came here otherwise but we didn't. Staff were extremely unfriendly from the start to finish. I will not be going to another Subway again. No respect for the business anymore. Not to mention their quality of ingredients does not compare to other sandwich shops nearby. Extremely poor customer service.

CAUTION!The worst customer experience ever. Super super "RUDE" and disgusting attitude. That guy was using abusing languages. And bad sandwich making skills and they can't even place cheese and toast it the right way! I'm very very disappointed how I was treated and will never go back and I'm Recommending to people to stop going... "DISGUSTING SUBWAY LOCATION".

They were pretty dead. I walked in and asked to use the bathroom before placing my order. When I came back, the guy was in the back room on his phone and had his headphones in. Wasn't paying attention at all. I tried to call out to him a few times, but I guess customers aren't as important as his social life/entertainment? Glad I was only passing through and that I don't have to worry about his poor service in the future.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I came into an empty store the clerk was in the back on his cell phone texting. I was ordering six sandwiches I had to look at my phone to find out exactly what my family wanted the clerk seemed very annoyed that he couldn't just get started when I inquired about the different types of bread he became more annoyed. finally he started selecting my bread with his mask OFF. I had to ask him to put his mask back on as he was talking over and selecting my food. Next he started to make the sandwiches. whenever I had to refer back to my phone about toppings he became very annoyed and started mumbling under his breath. Two other customers came in and then I could hear him mumbling about how he had other customers as I was then selecting my vegetables he mumbled several times under his breath but I just decided to ignore him. He then started rushing through my orders did not make some of the sandwiches correctly rushing through so that he could get to the other customers instead of getting my order correct. Finally he just stopped processing my orders and went to the next customer. As he checked me out he was still mumbling under his breath I asked him what he was saying and he just said oh I'm counting the sandwiches. NOT!Later when I finally made my payment after having to wait until the third customer was taken care of he handed me my food some of which were half wrapped. Shove them in the bag push them over the counter to me and then left my receipt in the receipt generator and went onto the next customer profusely apologizing to her regarding me. I don't frequent Subway but guaranteed I will never ever be back to that one. And it will be a very long time before I'm willing to take a chance on going into another one

Veggie Sandwich had almost no toppings. Disgusting... Other sandwich was also missing toppings. Bad even for a Subway.
