Nice little spot to get something tasty Mexican food. The portions are huge - easy to split with friends or family. The salsas are AMAZING. I bought the veggie burrito and it was sooo good and legit huge. Very surprising from this little spot. The employees are friendly, I hope the owners give them raises, they deserve it. Would visit again when in the area.

Stumbled upon this place and it's one of my favorite discoveries! The tacos were fantastic and the staff were so friendly! They have a small dining area inside and lots of options on their menu. Definitely becoming a regular at this spot.

None Alcoholic sangria?My sister has been raving about this spot for a while, so I was excited to try it. I'm a fan of Mexican Cuisine and was intrigued to see how they added their flavor to the mix. The first highlight is that they have parking. I also love the interior. It is very much like a lunch counter vibe, but they do have a top shelf of alcohol, which is nice. It's not a very large interior, so be prepared if you're bringing a large group. Drink-wise, my brother and I got delicious margaritas. I'm not sure what drink my sister got. It looked delicious, and my mom, visiting from out of town, got the sangria. The one thing I will note about the sangria is it is non-alcoholic. It does not state that on the menu. This is an issue because the sangria comes in a bottle, which the waitress opened before she sat the drink down. Of course, we had concerns about the non-alcoholic beverage, but once we voiced our situation, the waitress was very dismissive and said it was nothing she could do because she already opened the bottle. To not cause a fuss, my mom kept the drink. And she did say it was good. I don't know any restaurants serving nonalcoholic sangria. If you serve it, you need to note it on the menu so the customer does not feel cheated or put the waitress in an Awkward position trying to explain something she has no control over.Now, on to the food. It was great. My tacos and fries hit all the right spots. My mom loved her taco salad, and my sister and brother got the Quesadillas with this particular soup, which was so delicious. I will come back just for the quesadilla alone. After the issue with the Sangria, the owner took over as our server, and he was such a kind man who truly cared about his establishment. He gave us free shots of Tequila for our troubles.Overall, it was a decent first experience. My only issue was the sangria and how the original waitress handled it. Customer service is a true art and skill. The owner saved the experience with his quality control. The food was good, so I would give this gem another try. 3 1/2 out of 4

Could not speak more highly of this place - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It's pretty chill restaurant vibes, so they still seat and bring all your food/drink to you. The chips were fresh and warm along with very fresh salsa! They also have two additional salsas they bring to the table for your food but they were so delicious and spicy my whole table also used those for the chips. My friend got the salad and loved it!! It comes with avocado and guac but she got these on the side and they were delicious! My mom loved the enchiladas and said the meat was super juicy and tender on them. My sister and I split a steak burrito that was amazing (not pictured) and the quesabirria (comes with 3 but we had already eaten one by the time I remembered to take photos). The tacos were huuuuge and delicious! The consome was so flavorful! We honestly loved everything from the vibes to the food and will definitely be back!! Also it's a huge plus that they have parking!

Be careful with your card info here!!! Their Apple machine kept saying my card was declined. I asked if I could Zelle one of the workers they said no but I could give them my card number. This was a red flag. I then called my bank and asked why my card wasn't going through and they said there wasn't an issue on my end. I had Chase on speaker phone and told them the problem wasn't on my end. That's when the workers started changing their tune. They admitted the problem was with the machine (at first they made it seem like the problem was with my card) and then they asked for my debit card number AGAIN!! I said no I'm not giving you my card number for a $13 bill. Then all of a sudden the lady behind the register said I could Zelle her. Very weird and suspicious behavior. Looks like they wanted my card info to steal. I'll be reporting to better business bureau.

I found this spot around the corner from the United Center after a Bulls game so I didn't think much of it as probably just being a local spot with not much to offer as they will make their money regardless simply on location. I was so wrong on that assumption and happy to report that I was. Comfort food at it's fines and the service was great. The waiter even pointed out how much the portions were when it seemed like we were ordering too much and he was certainly right. Not only were the portions healthy but the prices were very reasonable. I ate and drank real good at this spot and would definitely recommend before or after a game or even if you are just in the area looking for some good Mexican food. The next time i'm in town for a game I will certainly be looking for this place to get my belly right.

I just moved to the area and my partner and I were on the hunt for our new local takeout spots. This was the first place we tried and needless to say, we will not be looking any further for a Mexican take out place, because this is it!! For the price and the quality, you just can't beat it. I got the steak taco dinner, and WOOOW the meat was seasoned so flavorful, it seriously made all the difference! My partner got the steak torta, and he hasn't stopped talking about it since we went last weekend. He said that this place beats our previous Mexican takeout spot on their best day of that says anything. Also, their salsas are fantastic. The perfect amount of spice and flavor. We can't wait to try more menu items (ordering online at the moment) and I'm so excited to go back and sit on their patio and enjoy some drinks! They all looked so good. This will definitely be the first place I go for a margarita after I give birth in a couple months!
