Strikeout Wingz

Pulled up on .69 wing Tuesday, I ordered 6 Sweet & Sassy and 6 Hot/Lemon Pepper. I know they're "known" for Sweet & Sassy but for me, the Hot Lemon Pepper reigned supreme. The seasoned fries were ok. My buddy ordered the Cajun ranch fries, I tried one, better than the traditional ones. Service was nice and friendly, you order at a walk up counter with a cashier or kiosk, if you'd like to take your time.

5 stars for flavor of sauces and the wings come crispy a good amount of time. Prices are decent but sometimes the wings are comically small (which I find to be the case in 95% of the wings I've had in Nashville). This review is for the Strikeout Wingz in Mariachi Plaza (I'm not sure if the address is correct on here--so whenever I go I always type in plaza mariachi for directions). Make sure you don't go to an old location!

This is a fine wing spot. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either. A safe choice for wings. The wings were kind of baby wings, not much meat. The fries were fine but needed salt. The kool-a-rita (I think it was called that) was pretty good though. I probably wouldn't choose to come here again but I wouldn't be opposed to going if someone wanted to get wings.

9/14/2023 - This place was a pleasant surprise. It was late and we were hungry. The food was good, and the flavor combinations were insanely GOOD! Although it was busy, the staff was attentive. I would definitely suggest the Hot Lemon Pepper catfish. It was soooo good! The ambiance matched the theme of the restaurant. We went on a Saturday so there was a DJ. It didn't bother us though. It was fun.

I'm usually on the hunt for good wings in nashville and surrounding areas. But this place wasn't it. The wings were small, cold and tasted like they were cooked hours before serving. The sweet and sassy sauce was good. The ranch fries were really good. But overall the place really lacked a lot. They automatically charge you 20% tip (so look at your bill) and the service wasn't worth 20%. Overall I give two stars, they just missed the mark when it came to service, quality and customer service.

Amazing wings!! Tons of flavours to choose from and sides to boot. The service was top notch service and a fire atmosphere!

Went on Instagram, searched "Nashville Foodie"... this spot came up. Headed over to the location on Nolensville Pike. The ambiance could be much better, service could be better as well. Food was brought out and that was it, no follow up from the lady who took my order. But the food was actually good. Im in town from Memphis so I wouldn't say this place has the "best" wings.. BUT they were good! The fish was good, seasoned well, the nice amount of crisp. The friez were standard "seasoned fries" that most wing places offer. Personally I prefer fries with seasoning. 3 stars due to service & ambiance, but food was pretty good.

Beautiful people amazing Buffalo chicken fries great slushes. Great conversation. All around beautiful place to be or visit. Love it. ​

Strike Out Wingz is the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in the Nashville area.My boyfriend got food poisoning and the owner refused to give us a refund.The manager did not care and lied about the owner said twice until we went in person. I am disgusted by the way the owner chooses to run her business. She does not care about her customers or the community of Nashville.

I had to wait at the register to be waited on, staff was out on the curb outside. It took a while just to get a diet pepsi. Slow service.
