A perfect little stop for anyone looking to a unique coffee bar. Having a walk up window makes any stop quick and easy, and they also have a few tables for those visitors who may want to stay a little bit longer. I think the owner has really put a lot of effort into this vision and it comes across when both try the coffee, and see the effort into teaching about coffee he does. I have been lucky enough to go in when he is training people and I love being able to see that from an employer. Location is near a few other coffee shop, and near a corner so parking can be difficult at times. But if you are walking in the area, I would urge you to visit this place. They have a simple menu that speaks for itself when you taste their coffee. If you are not a coffee person I wouldn't say to head this way as it is very coffee focused with little space for hanging out for other reasons. I do think their little pastries are so good, though they are limited. I has tried a few different ones now, strawberry rhubarb and blueberry lavender.

Storymakers has recently opened up this new location in North Park. I had a cortado and a butter croissant. The cortado was very good. A little fruitier than I would of liked, but it was still smooth and rich with coffee flavors. The butter croissant was okay. They are not made in house but from a local retail store and bakery. They do intend to upgrade the baked goods in the near future. The coffee shop offers a few tables outside and a good amount of seating inside. They offer their own whole beans roasted coffee. They offer coffee from global destinations including Africa, Mexico, and Central & South America.

Updating my review as I chatted with the owner and admire what he has gone through as a small buisness owner. He did offer me a refund as he's really for proving a great experience for all customers and frankly their coffee just wasn't too my liking however I declined because I do believe they earned the money I paid.Wishing this buisness the best success and hope they can win me over the next time I'm in the area.

I really really want to like you, but you're not always open when you say you are. The coffee is really good and well balanced, but that doesn't mean much if you're not open for me to come support your business. I pass by daily when I walk my dog and you're not open, so I go and patronize other local coffee shops that are. I'm hoping that you don't go the way of all the other businesses that opened their secondary locations in north park and don't give the secondary location the attention that it needs. I wish your business the best and hope you figure it out.

Hello Storymakers! You have a new fan who can't seem to get enough of you. The hubby and I went on Sunday and asked what the barista's favorite drink was. He said it was the Smoked Out which was awesome. Think of a burnt vanilla flavor that has a hint of smoke to it. It's super smooth and so unique that it's my new go-to. The hubby ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and loved it as well. They are serving cold drinks vs iced, which I appreciate because the coffee isn't diluted with ice and can't be enjoyed without getting a cold headache. Make your way to Barrio Logan and check this place out.

Cute little walk up coffee shop. Staff explained alldrinks super well and they had a good variety of coffee to choose from. Outdoor seating. Coffee was tasty, would definitely go back.

This little spot is so good! Don't underestimate the size of the location. This is excellent coffee. I love how knowledgeable the staff is. They engage with you and make you feel welcome. I love that about any business. They have really good bake goods, like empanadas or Galletas. Everything here taste delicious. You can tell that they make their stuff with great products and love! Our fav was Smoked out Coffee with a taste of Bourbon.

Sam and the rest of the Storymakers crew really looked out for me today. I came back with all of the tasty goodies! I got the National - one of their social latte's with oat milk. I don't really remember what was in it besides a Mexican sugar that sounds like vanilla but it's not lol. Sam's beautiful accent and description just sold the drink so well. It was so tasty. Such a cute spot. Small, quaint, unique to Barrio Logan. I'll def be back!

Little cafe shop in barrio Logan and it's a can't miss I believe it's a hidden little spot with some legit coffee. Nice change from motto and pura vida more of my vibe and some very good unique options. Cheers amigos
