Your Event By Erin

We absolutely loved working with Erin! My wife and I met virtually (this was during the earlier days of the pandemic) with a couple wedding coordinators who were perfectly fine, but within 5 minutes on Zoom with Erin, we knew she would be the one. She's extremely organized, detail oriented, and understands your vision even before the two of you can. It also helped so much that she's familiar with the venues and their event stuff in wine country and was able to advocate on our behalf when needed. No wedding is without some hiccups, but I truly don't know what we would've done without Erin on our side. For what it's worth, we had several of our guests come up to us during our wedding to tell us how wonderful Erin is. We can't recommend her enough!

Erin is honestly the BEST! We decided to hire a wedding planner to help us plan our intimate backyard wedding. I knew she was exactly who we needed after just our first call. To be honest I did not really have a vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, but Erin was able to take bits and pieces of what I described, and she created our perfect wedding! Planning a wedding during Covid was challenging; but with her knowledge and expertise, Erin guided us through every step. Erin supported us and was very reassuring as we tried to navigate hosting an event during Covid. With Erin's help, we were able to host a safe and beautiful wedding! When people say, "trust the process" they really mean "trust Erin". She is such a professional and a wonderful person. I look forward to working with her for any future event planning again!

Where do I start with this review ?! Everything about Erin is first class service, style and delivery. I have worked with her on many special events and always taken away by her vision. She creates beautiful parties/weddings and leaves no detail behind ! Not only is her work impeccable but she is such a fun vendor to collaborate with. I would recommend her many times over to anyone looking for a fabulous event planner !!!

I would give Erin 100 stars if I could. She saved my wedding and my sanity. I was originally going to do a consultation with Erin to help me decide between two venues, but after having coffee with her for an hour, I knew I needed her for the planning process and to be there the day of my wedding. She put together a Pinterest Board for me, and literally brought that board to life! In one word, she is STELLAR. She is kind, creative, organized, knowledgeable and she "speaks wedding". After selecting our venue, in the course of eight months, we went through THREE site coordinators. Erin made sure I received everything promised to me by the first and second site coordinators. I would have gone bananas if I didn't have Erin by my side, reassuring me everything was going to be ok. I've called her my lawyer, counselor, advisor and dear friend. The day of was perfection. Erin made sure everyone and everything was where it was supposed to be. All day people told me our wedding was like a fairytale. I could not have done with without Erin.

Erin is the best! She can take all your worries away when planning an event. She's a boss when it comes to getting everything organized, reaching out to vendors and planning a full proof amazing day for you. We booked her for our wedding and she made it everything we ever dreamed of. She is so talented and takes the time to understand her client's needs. Erin has amazing taste and I would trust her with any event! I highly recommend booking her for your event. You will be very happy!

Erin has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We unfortunately have to move our wedding date due to COVID 19 and Erin has been nothing but understanding. She's even going above and beyond and speaking on our behalf with difficult vendors who are less accommodating about date changes (this is plenty of time and work scope that we didn't even ask of her and she's generously helping). She has a great attitude and is wonderful to work with!

Working with Erin was our first and BEST wedding planning decision! She has such a fun, easy-going personality *and* is extremely organized and detail oriented. Working with her was a total blast. Our wedding was a big production and we couldn't have done it without her expertise. We loved our venue, Solage, which Erin put on our radar through the (very fun) venue tours she planned for us. She made everything feel easy, from managing all the contact with vendors, providing excellent recommendations in every category, making sure every detail was perfect! She handled things I wouldn't have known how to start (rentals, lighting choices), and she guided me in all the right directions. Wedding planning has its own language and I felt so grateful I had Erin from start to finish. The weekend of the wedding went SO smoothly and I knew Erin had a total handle on everything. Everyone loved Erin personally, from our family/friends who met her, to the vendor/venue teams who told us we had the Napa "dream team" with her at the helm! It was clear that everyone loves working with Erin, and I'm sure that contributed to our weekend being such a success.None of my friends/family could believe how relaxed I was leading up to the wedding, and it's because I felt like I had the best planner. Erin did our fathers Celebration of Life event and my siblings and I are absolutely amazed with her. She was everything and more than we expected. This was a very challenging time considering my father died suddenly and unexpectedly and my siblings and I were devastated. Erin was very sensitive to the nature of our grief and helped us the whole way with planning while maintaining an empathy for us. I wanted to be involved with the planning and I wanted to loop my cousin in who is a professional stylist and Erin was happy to work in any way with us that felt right to market he event unique and special. She truly made this day better than I ever could have imagined. We would recommend her to anyone doing any kind of event. She was worth every penny and more. Thank you Erin!!

Erin was the wedding planner for our son and daughter in laws wedding last weekend at Solage in Calistoga. Although I did not meet Erin before the wedding, I have nothing but the highest regard for her and the way she ran her business both before and during the wedding. She took so much of the angst away from the bride and groom so they could focus on the fun of the planning and their beautiful wedding day. Erin was so easy-going, delightful, and easy to talk to. Great listener and made things happen.

Planning a wedding is overwhelming! Our venue strongly suggested that we hire a day-of coordinator (best idea ever!), and that kicked off our search for a wedding planner. As we made our way down the long list of recommended coordinators, it became more and more clear how important this role was going to be to our big day, and how many moving parts there were going to be! We spoke to Erin and hit it off immediately. She is so incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to, our search ended with that phone call - and we couldn't have been happier with our decision.Erin is incredibly visually talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. She's open to feedback, comes to the table with outstanding ideas, and really makes the process of planning for your wedding seamless and stress-free. In addition to wedding planning, Erin does wedding floral design - which saved us the hassle of having to bring another partner on board, and it ended up being perfect as she was our go-to person on all visual and floral logistics. She had a birds eye view of our wedding details from top to bottom, and the end result was perfection. I couldn't have asked for more with our flowers, and with all the details that made our big day so special - she really nailed it!Leading up to the wedding, Erin was extremely attentive, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. She worked with the venue and all our other vendors to coordinate everything perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The day was seamless, everything went as planned, and it will remain in the books as one of the best days of our lives.Erin was so easy to work with, and provided all the guidance (aka hand holding!) and advice we needed along the way - we truly felt that we lucked out finding her! It was like planning a wedding with one of your closest friends.
