The office is great! People there really like to help and solve other people problems. The only thing I would change is a music when calling to benefit center. The line usually is around 2 hours and listen the same music and 100 times repeated recorded messages is just mind blowing!

I don't know much about Yolo county except for Ca he Creek Casino. I now know that Yolo county covers much more than farming, UC Davis, Costco at Woodland..... they have hidden gems such as wineries. The roads may be at times at the rough side. Oh btw they have great eats at Davis , West Sacramento as well. Yolo county is and has been part of the great Central Valley feeling maybe the world as part of the agricultural market. Now they have young wineries that maybe someday, like other wineries here in the state of California, will be competitive abs successful.

Most everyone hates going to the Human Assistance (aka welfare) office!! Me included!! However, Yolo County office rocks!! Yes I am very satisfied with my visit!! The worker who assisted me Lou was so kind & knowledgeable. I was concerned about the time, I went there at 3ish & they close at 4!! (Lobby closes @ 4, but the office is open until 5) But Lou reassured me time was not a concern to her, working on my case was more important!! She scanned my doc's in, made the appropriate changes and input super fast!! When we were done I sincerely thanked her for her time & being a nice person!! A shout out to Sanjuit (sp?) at window D1!! She is so nice and helpful!! Thank you all!! Your office rocks!!
