After Google Maps showed no public transportation was available in the area, I accepted my fate and took a cab when I got off Pittsburg/Bay Point BART at 8 a.m. The driver's name was Rafael and was very professional and courteous. I was a little nervous about the training and was playing different scenarios inside my head, so I was grateful that Rafael did not try to engage me in any unnecessary conversation. I took his card and ended up calling him when I left the facility. On our way back he even turned off the meter as we exited the highway, a full minute before we arrived at the BART station.Very good service that merits recognition.

I was making a trip to visit a friend in Pittsburgh and I don't know *squat* about Pittsburg. I hopped in a Yellow Cab at the BART station. Sharif was my driver. Got me to my destination in a timely manner! I took his card for the return trip.Called him when I was ready to leave. Told him to pick me up at six. Was there at 5:59.Sharif was "the dude"!

This is by far the worst cab company i have ever tried to use. Called the twice to the same location and they never showed up. The person who answered the phone seemed like they didn't want any service.

I wish there was someway to put less than one star if you want to get somewhere on time do not call this cab company. Unless you have 2 1/2 to 3 hours to burn waiting for them. Never did get picked I finally just called and canceled

I was waiting in the cold for 45 minutes so I finally called and the dispatch says the driver cab was "broken down" ( something I've never heard of) this was completely unprofessional and not to mention me almost getting frost bite. You would be better off walking sadly

horrible cab company. told us they'd be here in 10 minutes, almost an hour later and after repeat calling with them telling us "the cab will be there in six minutes" they still have yet to arrive. the guy on the line even got the nerve to give a nasty attitude. not our fault you're a bunch of lying jack asses!!

Yellow Cab, AntiochI had a long awaited appointment, called Yellow Cab of Antioch the day before to schedule a ride and was advised to call the day of the appointment 30 minutes before I needed service. The next day I called at 8 am and was told by the dispatcher that the cab would arrive in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and was told it would be another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called back and found out that the dispatcher had sent the cab to Martinez and did not even record the correct street address in Antioch. The dispatcher put me on hold and came back advising that the cab driver was not answering his phone, thus I could not get service. Thanks for nothing!
