Sam, the owner and everyone in the store is so kind and helpful. The store has so many options and if there was ever something that wasn't in stock, it was never any trouble ordering it to my liking. The service is so attentive, polite and professional.

Don't go to ybarras jewelers by food for less on Wilson way. Has anyone had any issues there? Let me explain what happened. Very disappointed. We had gold and our own diamonds. My husband Took in to get wedding bands made for both of us he showed the picture of how he wanted our Rings done they tested our gold and diamonds for us said it was real told us they would be done in two weeks. We waited 3 weeks called they weren't ready so we gave them more time. So you know we had already payed for what we wanted. A month later he called and says our some of our gold and diamonds were fake and now we own 150 more. We went in he wasn't there so we spoke to his receptionist. She said they do not have a diamond tester which seems odd since this is a jewelry store. Our rings were the same width but different sizes. They both looked like men's wedding bands. My ring was to small. My husband ordered a huge diamond in my mine but there wasn't any. Also my ring has scratch marks and he didn't even mark it to put if it was 10 or 14 kt. He kept our extra gold and diamonds. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They are scammers. Now we have to find another jeweler and pay more money to get our rings fixed.

Less than zero. I brought my silver chain in for repair " it's very precious because my son who just committed suicide bought it for me" anyway I picked it up and a day later it broke , so I took it back and said it broke in the same place . He told me a was a new break but he could repair it for $15 more so I left it and called 3 days later was told to come the next day around noon and it would be ready. So I went and picked it up and paid the extra $15 didn't even look at the chain , I put my pendant back on the chain and realized this wasn't my chain. I called and asked where is my chain . He told me he gave me a new one due to mine being broken in so many pieces. A good business person would of informed there customer of this. I was high upset and said I want my chain it's the last thing I have from my son!! I went and picked up my chain it was now in 6 pieces. Don't do any business there because they are shady. That is so unprofessional. I am reporti them to better business bureau.

I have bought jewelry from Ybarras since his shop opened. My children have bought almost all of their jewelry needs over the past 20 years also. We all have had the best and most professional experience there. I strongly recommend this business to my friends and to anyone who wants the great buying experience.

All of the jewelry stores in Stockton seem to be the same level of gross and grimy. This one has me waiting on custom pendants for a month now. Over priced pendants at that. After reading all these reviews.....I'm starting to worry. The customer service was wack. This place is definitely overpriced. 500$ for two pendants. I found the very same pendant at the swap for 100$ less. Don't waste any money here. I already did that for us. Laugh out loud. They only have 10 karat and 14 karat anyway. I originally came in for 18 22 and 24 karat. El Dorado swap meet. There's a little elderly native couple that will put you up on game. Bloomington and places like marshals and Ross sometimes have 10 karat and 14 karat jewelry you just have to make sure you look in their jewelry case properly. You also have to definitely make sure that it's not something that is plated. NO 14k plated jewelry. That's CAP.

Sam and his team are amazing! I cannot speak more highly of the great quality, and how important they make you feel. So many businesses have disappointed me, because they say they'll have things done on a certain day, but they don't. Sam got everything done even sooner than what he promised me and everything was amazing! I'm so in love with my ring, he made it EXACTLY how I wanted it. I'll attach a photo of it :)

Went in to swap my daughters earrings and the little girl was about 18 with long nails trying to swap the earring not even aiming for the hole.

Been going here for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. I was referred here by a friend back in 2013 and I'm so glad I was able to discover this place. Sam is always professional and provides a quick turnaround when I bring in jewelry to get fixed. I've referred friends here and they were also impressed with how quickly he was able to get their jewelry back to them. I've purchased over 20 pieces of jewelry from here and every transaction has been a positive experience and the jewelry itself has always been amazing quality.

Beware! Don't take your jewelry for repair here these people will steal your jewelry and try to replace it with fake jewelry..they stole my elderly father virgin Mary pendant that belong to his mother which is replaceable what a discrace of a business and to think I sent my father here to support our Mexican community...our own people sad.

If I can give this place 0 star review I would. I'm not surprised to find they are already rated lowly on here. Horrible service, never coming back.
