Yay!Paella Catering

Five of us attended the 20th anavesery party at Amador Cellars and Yay!Paella Catering was the caterer at the event. I would absolutely recommend them! They were all enjoyable to talk to, the service was spot on and Paella was amazing. Both the vegie and seafood were equally delicious.

Stan came through in a big way. Our paella party at my home for 30 people was a hit. I have several guests wanting Yay Paella's contact info. The appetizers, bread and salad were all very good. We opted for a non-seafoods paella and it got rave reviews. It was a nice touch that he brought compostable plates, forks and napkins.

I attended an event catered by Y!PC and it was nothing short of delightful.I am seriously impressed with the hostess who found this incredible business. YPC arrives, sets up, prepares incredible meal, professionally serves it up and then they're on their way in a super operative fashion. These guys are smooth. And the food was absolutely delicious - i had to go back for 2nds.If you have to feed more than 10 people (actually i dont know if they have a miniumum) at your event I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Yay! Paella catered our rehearsal dinner of 27 people and did an absolutely fabulous job. The appetizers and paella were amazing, they set up and broke down all their equipment on time, and they provided bartenders who were simply wonderful. We highly recommend working with Stan and team for an interactive twist on your intimate event!

We had Yay!Paella provide food for about 55 guests at our wedding rehearsal dinner. We did extensive research before making our final choice. My husband and I, our families and friends all have very discerning palates (which sounds snobby but hey it's true lol) and we ended up choosing to work with Sere and her team because we loved that they operated a small business and could feel their passion for what they do. Stan and Laurie were our chefs for the evening and they were just so lovely and very professional. They brought a personalized sign for us which was such a nice touch! The food was AMAZING... from the tapas to the bread, the refreshing salad and of course the paella that was just bursting with flavor and loaded with fresh seafood. It was such a joy to watch them create from scratch. All of our guests raved about the food. We were so thrilled that everyone left feeling full and happy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

I made a Yelp account specifically to review Yay! Paella. My wife and I got married a week ago (130 head count) and could not have been happier with Yay! Paella. Stan and Seré were amazing to work with both before the wedding and day of- we felt like they were just as excited for the big day as we were and when the day came, executed to perfection.Yay! Paella showed up exactly on time, set up with no problem and had one of the most beautiful spreads of food I (and my guests) had ever seen. Stan was fantastic with the kids in line and made a delicious appetizer spread and meal! Everyone at the wedding was raving about how great it was. I couldn't recommend them more- thank you both for making our day special!

We hired Yay Paella for our daughter's wedding of 150 guests. They were amazing in every way and a class act. The cooking and presentation was a wonderful production and visually stimulating for all the guests. They moved the guests through the line quickly and everyone had a hot meal! Their timing was perfect and their staff was wonderful and accommodating in every way. The passed appetizers and charcuterie board were also delicious and loved by all. I would highly recommend them for weddings. Both Stan and Sere were awesome to work with and their service was flawless. It is an exciting alternative to traditional wedding buffets!

Celebrating end of Trentadue Summer Happy Hour on 8.31.17 we enjoyed the wine , music and Paella. The shrimp and sausage paella we chose to enjoy with our wine was very very good. Thank you also to Trentadue for brining us altogether along with their wine and music by The Poyntlyss Sistars Rockin'Show Band. Hope Trentadue continues this summer weekly event.

We hired Yay! Paella catering for our wedding last weekend and they were amazing! First of all, they were very easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and were very responsive via email. On the day of the wedding they brought everything they needed, including their own tables and linens for serving the food buffet style as we requested and they provided compostable plates, silverware and napkins complimentary.All of our guests loved the food and we continue to receive compliments on it. One guest told us that they have been to 18 weddings in their lifetime and Yay! Paella was the best wedding food they had ever had! We absolutely loved it and would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter was tired of going to weddings and having cold steak or chicken, so she decided to try something different for her wedding. BEST decision she ever made!!! Stan and his staff are amazing and so easy to work with and talk about the food it was delicious!!!! The guests were going back for more. I would highly recommend Stan and his team for any event.
