My little girl's favorite, the animal hospital. Guess she will grow up to become a vet.

This place has a variety of activities to keep kids busy. Runaround play activities up top and arcade/dress up/grocery store/party rooms down stairs. The staff spends a lot of time cleaning up the grocery room as toys are all over the place. We purchased a one month pass when they first opened but the kids weren't as interested after 4-5th time that month. We ended up buying the 5 pass package going forward. The kids seem a lot more excited this way .The staff are really attentive. My child wanted to go in but as soon as we paid and stepped in, he decided not to play so we ended up leaving. Disappointed that we already paid, the staff saw and gave us a one day pass to reentry. We did ask so we were super appreciative.Sometimes the place gets busy but there's more than enough room without feeling crowded. Our kids, 2-5 seems to enjoy it, but my 8 year old nephew seemed to get bored as I think its for a younger group. The 5/10 entry price is pretty reasonable. I recommend this place for younger kids to burn out energy and creative play at the grocery store section.

Wow Playground really lives up to its name--WOW! It was the perfect spot for my 3-year-old and 10-month-old. They had an absolute blast, and the best part? It wasn't busy, so they could explore without feeling overwhelmed. The space was super clean (major points for that), and the play areas were thoughtfully designed for all ages, especially younger kids. My toddler loved climbing and running around, while my little one had a safe area to crawl and play.Parking was the only minor hiccup--we had to park a little further away in a 2-hour city parking zone. But honestly, for how much fun my kids had, it was 100% worth it.If you're looking for an indoor playground that's clean, safe, and fun for all ages, Wow Playground is a 10/10. We'll definitely be back when we are in San Fran.

WOW Kids Playground - A Magical Wonderland for Kids and Families! We had the absolute pleasure of visiting WOW Kids Playground at 1650 Polk Street on Halloween for their community soft opening, and let me just say, WOW is truly an understatement! This indoor playground and theme park is a paradise for children and a refreshing experience for parents looking for a safe, vibrant, and engaging environment. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the whimsical and colorful design. The decor is playful, imaginative, and incredibly detailed. The main attraction is the enchanting "Tree of Life" structure right in the middle of the playground area, with friendly eyes and a welcoming smile. The tree's leafy, flower-adorned "hair" adds a beautiful touch of nature-inspired fantasy, making kids feel as though they've stepped into a magical forest. It's both visually stunning and inviting - children couldn't wait to run towards it, and I could see that the design truly sparks their imagination. There are also plenty of games and activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. The corn hole setup right in front of the tree was a big hit, providing a fun activity for parents and kids alike. It's little touches like these that make WOW Kids Playground a truly family-friendly experience - there's something for everyone to enjoy.Another standout feature is the cozy, kid-friendly "Love Shack" area, where a large screen displays cheerful characters like "Rufus," a loveable creature who spreads messages of love and positivity. The whole space feels welcoming and inclusive, a theme that is reinforced throughout the playground. The beautiful floral decorations around this area add a pop of color and warmth, making it a perfect photo spot for families to capture their memories. For the younger kids, there's a delightful under-the-sea-themed play area. The walls are covered in adorable, colorful fish, creating an aquatic world that captures the attention of little ones. There's a cute interactive table with city landscapes and play cars, perfect for imaginative play. The whole setup encourages kids to explore and play in a way that feels safe, fun, and educational.WOW Kids Playground isn't just a place to play - it's a thoughtfully designed space that combines fun with elements that encourage children's curiosity and learning. The layout is spacious and well-organized, allowing parents to keep an eye on their kids without feeling cramped. There's plenty of seating for parents to relax, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that everyone had a wonderful experience.Overall, WOW Kids Playground offers a top-notch experience, from the imaginative decorations to the variety of activities and the warm, friendly staff. It's the perfect indoor playground for families looking to create special memories in San Francisco. We can't wait to come back and see what other adventures WOW Kids Playground has in store. Highly recommended for anyone with little ones - this is a playground that truly lives up to its name!

I had been waiting for this place to open for sometime now. I'm excited that it's finally open and it's definitely living up to its expectations. I love how compact yet big this place is. That may seem like a contradiction, but it really is the best way to explain it. This place has two levels and Lots of playing area. It's like a humongous maze and it's great for all ages of kids. They have so many challenge opportunities and just room to run around and have fun and play. I also love that there's a café attached and also an eatery area for parents and caregivers to just rest and watch TV while the kids play. The downstairs areas where they have a lot of arcades and I love that the arcades are separate and near the party rooms. There are four party rooms in total, so tons of parties can happen at once. I also love the downstairs has another separate area for play dress up and make believe and it's really awesome. This place offers a membership but also drop-in opportunities. We happen to go the opening weekend and it was a discount if we came the last couple hours. All in all, I definitely think this is worth the price and a great option for children to run around and just really enjoy. I will say that the only downside is that parking is very limited. It's not impossible, but it's just limited and only on the street. But other than that , this is a great space and I look forward to coming back here many more times with my children.

San Francisco has a fair amount of indoor playgrounds and all of them are pretty great. What sets WOW apart is the size of the space and thoughtful amenities. The space is two stories, with the first story contains a cafe, dining space, and the indoor playground. There are so many books and crannies, you really have to look around. Toddler space is really nice, lots of fun toys in addition to the playground. There are clean bathrooms, a family bathroom, and a quiet/nursing room. Lots of places for adults to sit within the soft space. Downstairs is an imagination play area serrated from a large arcade where the party rooms are. More bathrooms and adult seating. Party rooms were all pretty large. My only complaint was that the pretend play area's floor was dusty and dirty for 1 pm. It looked like they may have dove some light construction work and didn't vaccine after. Otherwise I found the facility to be pretty clean.

Great new indoor playspace! It's a good size, many areas for the kids to play, kept very clean, friendly attendants who regularly check the common areas, and a limited food menu if anyone gets hungry. Def worth buying a multi-visit pass if you like it. Remember your grippy socks :)
