World Fare

World Fare Catering is amazing! We hired them for our wedding reception dinner and we are so glad we did. The food was wonderful, delicious, and fit everyone's needs. It was so hard to find a caterer that could take care of our mixed group of dietary needs. We had many gluten-free, grain free, and then some vegan guests in the mix. As you can imagine, trying to feed a mixed group like this can be challenging. But they had a variety of options and the food was enjoyed by everyone.Another thing I would like to mention is that I spoke with several caterers, and this one was the most responsive. I think that I stopped looking elsewhere at a point because their communication was so good and the food options worked well. I later heard from my wedding planner than she had worked with them in the past and had a good experience as well.World Fare was professional, prompt, and the food was perfect. There were also leftovers, which we and some of our guests got to take home and enjoy.We found their pricing to be reasonable and the service was great. I would certainly recommend them to anyone for event catering!

World Fare catered our small (30-person) microwedding at my family's house and were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jason and Lisa were super responsive and they were so accommodating answering our millions of questions. We booked them without a tasting and have zero regrets! They delivered our food on time and were so friendly to our guests and flexible in using our buffet setup. We had the tri-tip, grilled chicken, vegetarian lasagna, roasted potatoes, harvest veggies, and mixed greens salad - everything was incredible and the portions were huge so we never ran out even after seconds. All of our guests were raving about the food and wanted to know who we'd hired. Would highly recommend World Fare to anyone in need of catering!!

I stumbled on this food truck when I tried to go to pocket deli in the evening and realized it closes at 4:00. My options became Taco Bell or this food truck parked in front of Burning Barrel Brewery. Seemed like an easy choice. The food options seemed a little all over the place, but I guess that might be what the name "World Fare" was intended mean. Regardless, I went with the Thai noodle salad because it sounded good. Added the grilled chicken, which was a deal at $3. The flavor was solid. Noodles were marinaded in something good. There were plenty of veggies, peanuts and chicken. Served in an old-school Chinese takeout container, which was cool. I'll definitely go back and try some of the other options. Being able to grab a 4-pack at the brewery while I waited was also a nice perk. More importantly, Talal in my office would definitely not find this place "sus", although I don't know if the lady that helped me had solid lead character vibes.

food was ok. Tri tip i Wish was a bit more tender but was not bad at all. Lean! Pad Thai chicken was basic. Seems like all ingredient are purchased at costco - is that why they were stationed in front of Costco? What I will say about all places now is why do companies ask for tip when paying? first of all I'm being charged before I get my food and it asked if I want to leave tip. I can speak for most of us that if we don't leave tip we feel the food won't be as great or maybe the care for our food... sucks to think this way but people nowadays feel they should get a tip for everything. Let's remind us that tips are based off service not the food , the price of food is what's on the menu. if your a taco truck don't even have a tip there because you not providing service other then taking my money and giving me a bag of food. if you want more money then raise your prices but get rid of that tip. It's gives pressure to most of us. And don't say "just don't leave tip" just don't put that in there

World Fare food truck catered my office/corporate lunch on 5/25/22. They feature regionally-inspired foods. Thanks guys for braving the hot hot weather! Our menu included: *Thai Noodle Salad (Soaked Asian Noodles Infused with Sweet and Spicy Sauce, with Carrots, Chives, Napa Cabbage, Snap Peas, Sesame Seeds and Peanuts. Vegan or Add Chicken)*Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich was not available*German Style Cheese Burger w/Fries (Lean Angus Beef, Sweet Sausage, Cardamom and other select Spices)*London Style Tri-Tip (Grilled Marinated Angus Beef with Caramelized onions, Sautéed Mushroom Demi-glace, Rosemary Potatoes and topped with English Cheddar served over a Yorkshire Pudding Bowl)*3 Asian Pulled Pork Sliders (Korean Style pulled Pork sliders with Sriracha Slaw)*Loaded Pork Fries (Slow roasted Pulled Pork on shoestring fries topped with Cheese)*Tri-Tip Fries (Grilled Marinated Angus Beef on a bed of fries with mushroom gravy and White Cheddar Cheese)*California Quesadilla (Grilled Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese, Pesto and Spinach in a Red Pepper Tortilla with Salsa and Sour Cream)*Corn Dog w/fries*Parmesan, Garlic Fries*Regular Fries*Onion RingsSoda and Water too.They give you a little numbered buzzer, which will beep and vibrate when your food is ready. I decided on the tri-tip fries and a side of onion rings. The fries weren't totally filling so I'm glad I got the onion rings as well, decent portion sizes. My coworkers tried the sliders, the tri-tip, the burger, the quesadilla, and garlic fries. Good food! Can't comment on the pricing since it was catered.

My review is based solely on my experience with the customer service as we did not book with them . I am a high school activities director helping students plan prom. The owner was rude, condescending, and frankly a little misogynistic when speaking to not only myself but the high school student who reached out for a quote. No one should be made to feel small so an owner of a company can feel big, especially when he knew he was dealing with high school aged students planning prom.

World Fare was hands down the best catering we could have had for our wedding. Thank you so much for making our day so wonderful and effortless! The food was delicious and the staff was incredible. Our guests we're all raving about how amazing the desserts were as well, I'm only disappointed we didn't order more! We couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you!

If you need a GREAT CATERER for an event this is the company to use. Due to the current pandemic my daughter's wedding was downsized from 120 people to a total of 24. Everyone locked down for 2 weeks, wore masks and socially distanced. Lisa and Jason Gray who run the business did a great job and worked with my daughter to make it a special event. I will post a picture of the menu in a minute. Everything was individually plated and served by their team to minimize contact and any chance of spreading COVID. Their served all drinks, so again people didn't have to share or touch the same things. Highly recommend this team if you want good food, professional people including the wait staff. Everyone commented on how good the food and caterer was for this event. So far the only good thing in 2020!

Jason & Lisa with World Fare Catering were amazing to work with for our wedding. They had great food options, a great setup and great pricing! Lisa and the staff were amazing, very tentative, answered all our questions, day of made sure glasses were always full, gathered all plates after guests were done. They were such an awesome team to work with! We would highly recommended hiring them for any events needed.

I had the pleasure of working as the wedding coordinator for an event catered by World Fare Catering, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! I can't say enough good things about them. They were on time, professional, and kept everything spotless throughout the day. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and their staff was so attentive to both the couple and guests. I will absolutely be recommending World Fare Catering to all my clients looking for top-notch catering. As a wedding planner they are everything I look for and so much more.
