I got a whole roast duck and 2 pounds of bbq pork (I was trying a steamed bao recipe, and was too lazy to make my own). The duck was a little smallish but the flavor was good. The charsiu was really good, better than I expected! Not dry and good flavor and color. I'll be back for sure.

This is authentic Chinese ran by a sweet woman! I got the half roasted duck (ahmazing) and the #2 combo. The rice and chowmein were made to order however both were very bland so that was a let down. The duck had a delicious sauce and it was served cold but I threw it in my air fryer and it was so delicious! It's for to go only and I recommend calling ahead so you don't have to wait!

Always yummy duck! We enjoy them every New Years. I plan to start doing this mid year too. Yummy food, good price.

We ordered a whole Pig for our first time from Wings Deli and it wasn't a disappointment! We got the pig whole without cutting it up. It was one of the best tasting pigs that we've ever had! The crispy outside skin was not only crispy but so tasteful! We ordered an 85lb pig to feed about 50-60 people and we still had leftovers! Smooth business! Ordered on a Tuesday for a Saturday pick up. We will definitely be back! Thank you Wings Deli it was spectacular! "We did the fruits and presentation ourselves" but the pig was absolutely stunning and a show stopper for sure!

Great hidden gem for Chinese food and barbecue in Stockton. I came in on a whim for lunch since I was craving some Asian-style fried chicken and roast pork. It's an older establishment, and not much to look at. They have a dining area, however they roped it off so I guess no dine-in experience and just take out. It's a pretty casual place and definitely gives off the mom-pop vibes. You order at the counter and the food is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. You can also phone in your order if you'd like. I ordered their fried chicken, 1/2 pound of roast pork, spicy string beans, and their salted fish + chicken fried rice. The chicken was fried to perfection. The skin was light, thin, and crispy; the meat was juicy. My only complaint was that it was saltier than what I would have liked. The roasted pork was also done well. The meat was tender and the skin nice and crispy. The string beans had a hint to spiciness, but not too overbearing and were cooked to the right doneness. The salted fish + chicken fried rice was ok. I was hoping the salted fish was finer, but they used bigger chunks of it. The fried rice was also on the saltier side and I wish they had just been a little lighter on their salt. Overall a great spot to grab food. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday lunch crowd. They definitely had their regulars coming in and out to pick up orders.

Oh my goodness. We tried the pork buns a while back and liked them so I will give them 1 star for those. But tonight we ordered sweet and sour chicken, hunan prawns, house chow mein and fried rice and garlic green beans. It was by far the worst Chinese food we have had in a while. It looked very burnt (everything did) and someone is a little heavy handed with the 7 spice seasoning. Not sure what exactly to make of the sweet n sour chicken other than it was FUBAR.The ladies who work there are certainly nice enough and I'm sure the duck and pork is delicious but we will never know about that because we cannot return, not even for the pork buns. $70 out the door and sadly cannot even fathom to think of saving anything for leftovers. I couldn't even finish the plate. The hunan shrimp was tasty so I picked them out and had that for dinner. But there was only about a dozen in it and they were small and I shared with husband. Sorry, Wings. We won't be returning. But if you are looking for a good pork bun-check 'em out. I would not recommend Chinese food from here, though.
