Wing Woman Wedding Day Coordination

If I could give more stars I would. Kristy and Mollie and the whole team were absolutely incredible and made me feel like I truly had the best friends and wing women making sure every single detail went perfect on my wedding day! Even if something went wrong I never knew for a second. My wedding was the best day of my life and I owe a huge chunk of that to them. Forever grateful! Don't have a wedding without wing woman wedding coordinators!

WOW. Just call Kristy. We had planned a simple backyard wedding to keep in line with our budget. I did not think we could afford or need a coordinator as I had plenty of family to lean on for help. I mentioned this to a stranger while we talked about backyard weddings and she laughed in my face and told me to "get real and hire someone." Begrudgingly, I started doing my research and found Kristy. I never looked back. I fully admit I was SO wrong and the coordinator was the best decision I made.Kristy brought so much experience with her and had ideas that I hadn't even thought of. She immediately worked on getting the flow, timing, and details right. For the day of the wedding, Kristy, Amber, and Hammer (Josh), handled everything. Their hard work let me and my guests be fully present for the event. They often were handing me drinks or food - thankful. Sometimes I'd come into an area and be pleasantly surprised that my vision had been implemented in my absence with zero involvement. All vendor issues were quickly resolved by the team. The stress that they took off my plate was priceless. I cannot say this enough. What a team. I am so thankful for their epic services and cannot think of my wedding without reminiscing how wonderful their support was. I am forever going to insist that every bride hire a coordinator - you can't do it all yourself. Enjoy your wedding and get the help you deserve.

This review is months past due! My wedding was 5/29. I planned a backyard wedding with approximately 80-90 guests. I had so many ideas and so many decorations for my vision of how the backyard should look. As we were inching closer to the wedding day, less than one month away, I finally realized that it was too much work for me and too much to ask the wedding party. I found Kristy online- recommended here and I reached out. She came over to assess the yard and my ideas. She assured us she'd make it all come to fruition. At first my fiancé was shocked at the cost, but come wedding day, he said it was worth every penny and more. I worked a crew of friends the day before the wedding and then the morning of the wedding and still didn't get all the decorating done. Here comes Kristy, and an assistant we paid extra for, hours before the wedding and let me tell you- Kristy hustles. She finished my arbor (alter), my tables with the decor I left out, and so much more. I wish I knew how much she did but I was busy getting ready for the wedding. She kept everything on schedule, made sure the dessert and appetizer tables were stocked, tables were cleaned up. She was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I couldn't thank her enough. All I remember during the wedding is Kristy darting around in her little black dress and white tennis shoes and when I'd spot those shoes, I knew I could relax. She had it! If you need a coordinator, she's your gal! Plus after the wedding she sent me a short video she made of the wedding. Beautiful and a keepsake. I wish I was able to write this sooner and thank her but we had a death in the family and then a friends passing.

I'm going to keep this short as the ladies below me have reviews on point. What i'll say is that I am a project manager so you can imagine i'm pretty detailed when it comes to planning my wedding. Kristy executed the day of plan flawlessly and kept everything moving. Everyone thought I would be so caught up in making sure all was running smooth, but I was able to totally submit to the day because I knew Kristy would take care of it and let me know if there's anything I would want to know. I truly believe I could not have had as worry-free of an event as I did without Kristy and her team of wing women (Ashley & Molly). They gotcha covered...trust me...trust her.

I had Mollie as my "Day of event coordinator ". But I like to say she was more like a planner. Mollie has a great personality, she is fun, she is creative, she is on top of her game and way ahead of things. She made my day go by so easily. Everyone was impressed by her professionalism. I feel so lucky and blessed to have met her and to have her as part of my special day. I am sure it wouldn't have been the same if it was anybody else. Mollie I wish you the best in whatever you do because you deserve it! She really went above and beyond to make sure everything would be the way I planned. Thank you Mollie!

Kristy, THE wing woman, is as good as they get. My wife and I (yes, she is LGBT friendly too!) thought we could plan and execute our wedding on our own. We were planning a small (50ish) person affair and had a year+ to do it. Then a few months before our big day, we realized we were in the weeds, DEEP. Between our real life jobs, all the other big and small things we had to do to prepare, when it came time to figure out what company we were going to order tables, chairs, and linens from, we were pulling out our hair. At this point, we were still planning to use an iPod for our music, and we shortly realized what we needed was someone with insider information, someone that knew vendors personally, and could get us organized and back on track.We had met Kristy more than year ago at a bridal show, and remembered her fondly. Oh, and her booth was super cute and had a rustic chic thing going. After ripping apart all of our bridal show handouts (which we really never used), we made contact, met her for coffee to gauge our needs and never looked back.She not only made working with vendors a breeze (she knows a ton of people and knows what questions to ask you so that you get the things you need), but she got us a DJ which we sorely needed on really short notice. No you should not try to have an iPod as your main source of music/entertainment. I fully admit this was a bit of an insane thing I was pretty stuck on for a long time in the name of cost savings. It is NOT worth it!Our day was amazing. One of the best compliments we received from a dear friend was that she had attended a $200K+ wedding a few weeks before ours and said that ours was so much more personal, enjoyable, and beautiful. We had a pretty small budget, but having Kristy as our Wing Woman was one of the best things we spent money on, and even though we didn't plan on the expense, it made everything go smoothly and we didn't have to think about the little details, only about each other.She became a friend for life when on the day of our wedding, when my wife was set on having a purple rose for a boutineer, and the "purple roses" we ordered from the floral warehouse arrived pink, she showed up at the wedding site with a single rose in the PERFECT shade of purple and the rest is HISTORY.In short:1. She knows her stuff, is professional, and can keep you organized.2. She offers different scales of service, and can help even the best DIYer succeed.3. Don't plan your special day without her!

I loved working with Kristy at Wing woman! she was extremely helpful from attending food tasting to counseling me on my wedding dress choice to being on top of every single detail! she is wonderful, friendly and has such a positive attitude that she put me a nervous bride at ease through out the whole process. I love her! and she is now part of our family! thank you so much Kristy! if you have a wedding coming up hire her she's an expert.

Kristy coordinated our wedding and hiring her was the best decision we've ever made. She has such a calm and collected presence, and remarkable attention to detail. Kristy navigated so many little curveballs and challenges with our wedding (and I'm sure we barely knew about most of them). I didn't expect to feel so relaxed leading up to and on the day of my wedding, but we had so much confidence in Kristy and her incredible team. Kristy took amazing care of us and our families on the day of. She would pop out of nowhere with a glass of water or rosé at just the right time. We cannot thank Kristy enough for giving us the most perfect and relaxed wedding day.

Kristy was hands down amazing. Our farm wedding was heavily DIY and a couple months out we realized we needed someone to help us coordinate and bring all the pieces together. Kristy and her assistant, Jessica, met us on site ahead of time, planned with us via a detailed Google doc, coordinated with our other vendors, and gave us invaluable advice and tips ahead of the big day. Our wedding day was a scorcher (104 degrees!) and Kristy came prepared. She brought left over fans and parasols she had from a previous wedding which were much enjoyed by wedding party and guests alike. She and Jessica also made sure my spouse and I were each handed a cold drink as soon as we arrived at the reception. Kristy and her team worked hard on our wedding day while remaining calm, thoughtful, and responsive to last minute questions and details. We were able to enjoy the entire event without worrying about anything because we had Kristy as our wing woman, highly recommend!

I quickly realized within the first twenty minutes of "planning my own wedding" that I was in way above my head! With only three months to plan a wedding, I was in desperate need of guidance. Kristy guided us towards her preferred trusted vendors for every detail of the wedding. And I mean EVERY detail. She was in constant communication with me, and made sure my (now husband) and I were happy with every decision.She's a pleasant and professional business woman, with years of knowledge about the business. She has a refined taste, but can help budget where need be. With her help, I was able to enjoy planning a wedding! I will recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you, Kristy!
