We stayed here and let me tell you the owner and his wife were so helpful and very kind. The rooms were very clean and simple with a hint of valley charm. I defently recommend this place if you want. A clean quite place to rest and relax.

Stayed here on our way to Sacramento. Everything within a 45 mile radius was sold out. It was nice to finally have a place to stay. The late night front desk guy was super friendly. He quoted us $85 for our room and the final price ended up only being $75 +tax.The room was small but just enough. Mini fridge was super useful. Will stay here again

Great Place. Clean Rooms. Very Relaxing and calm atmosphere.

VERY reasonably priced little motel in a quiet location, perfect for a good night's sleep midway between the coast and the Sierras. The owner and her family have run the place for 30 years. The outside paint could use some touching up and the sign above the office door is a little funky, but inside the room was immaculate, with new-ish carpeting, furniture, and bathroom tile and fixtures, and a comfortable bed, and an air conditioner that does what it's supposed to. And when they said it was a no-smoking room, it really was...no smoke smell at all (can't always say that in older motels). Mrs. P, the owner, is a sweet person and a thoughtful host, and we wish her the best. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is the place to go when your in Lodi the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner and his wife make you feel welcome.

This place is a pleasant surprise! Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Nothing fancy, but met all of my needs. The manager lives on site and is available to accommodate anything you need. I will definitely come again.

Where to start....A/C was loud and not very efficient. Had to leave it on all night just to maintain a reasonably comfortable temp. No shampoo or conditioner. Soap bars were so small and thin they bent in half when you picked them up. Towels were thin and about twice the size of dish towels. Toilet had to be flushed three times to be emptied. The wifi access password expired (probably at midnight). There is no phone in the room to call the office and I didn't want to wake the family early that morning just to get access. Won't return anytime soon.
