Willard's Dry Cleaners & Laundry Service

Willard's is the best of the best! They offer different services from dry cleaning, laundry, stain removal etc. They have pretty good prices, especially compared to other places, and they always do an amazing job! I took a very delicate item there that had a pretty bad mold stain. After being turned down my over 10 places, I stumbled upon Willard's on Yelp and they took on the job. They made no promises, which I was very thankful for and was expecting the worse. But guess what, they removed the stain with no tears or anything in the material. I was impressed. Now all our dry cleaning goes there once a week.

I have been a customer at this dry cleaners for the past one year. Today I received horrible customer service by one of the workers, a young girl named Lane. I arrived to the dry cleaners within five minutes of closing to pick up a comforter and when I entered the facility she rolled her eyes and was upset that I had just came in even though the dry cleaners was still open. I arrived to the dry cleaners at 2:55. I did not I feel comfortable dropping off another comforter that I had planned to drop off. I asked her directly why she had such a bad attitude when I entered, and she responded that she was about to leave and that she was not expecting another customer to come in. I Felt extremely uncomfortable and told her this is not good customer service. I will never return here again.

It's not often that I have to go to a dry cleaner because we both work from home but we were going to a wedding on the East Coast and needed a place that could dry clean our new suits quickly. After searching on Google and Yelp, I found this place had great reviews across the board. I called them up and they were really friendly which was nice. I was able to drop the suits off and get them back in great condition the next day. I was worried that a service like this would be at an astronomical cost but I was able to do this for less than $20 per suit! I was pleasantly surprised about this and will continue to go here in the future!

Horrible customer service! Just rude, specially the young Caucasian man that I dealt with today. First time & last. Will not return.

Seriously the best dry cleaners. They are super nice and friendly and professional. They do a great job with my husband suits and a suit pants. I'm really pleased with their service and I will continue to use them for all my dry cleaning it.

I have been taking my suits here for years ,their prices are better than other places and I can get next day service if I bring them in early enough.

Just wanted to let everybody know that the owner and the staff are the most friendliest I've ever met. This is real this is my opinion. The owner lose a specialist and drives the white man is a true gentleman. The honors what he says and he stands behind the service. I had two Chino pants done and they honored a great service.

I dropped off three pieces, two to be dry cleaned and one to have the seam fixed. The dry cleaning looked great and was timely while the seam fix looked great! Not only did everything turn out well but the prices were great.

I finally decided to get my wedding dress cleaned, boxed, and preserved. I had an outdoor wedding with a cathedral train, so as you can imagine it was pretty dirty! They did a beautiful job cleaning it, had me come inspect it prior to boxing it, and kept me in the loop on the status of the job. They completed it ahead of schedule, and I appreciated supporting a local business for this job.
