Nice size park with plenty to do! Not only a couple play structures but plenty of benches in shaded areas, bbq and picnic areas with tables, baseball diamond, horse shoes, the list goes on! It's a great community park that never seems too busy! Even going when they hold their weekly farmers markets. There is always plenty of parking and space to play. The kids love the castle like structures to play on. Wonderful family friendly park.

Located directly behind Wicklund Elementary School this Park was the first ever to be built in Mountain House. This 5 acre Park includes a Baseball Diamond, Horseshoe Pits, Picnic tables and a couple of children's play structures including Swings as well as a vast grassy area for Children to run around or have a game of Frisbee. The center of the park also has a well shaded Gazebo unlike any of the other Parks in Mountain House which makes it perfect in those hot Summer months when temperatures soar to over 100. Water fountains can also be found alongside the Gazebo too.

I love this park! All of the play structures were well thought out and well executed. We go there often. There's a huge grassy area in the middle and a nice sidewalk trail to ride your scooter or bike around when you're done climbing, swinging, and sliding!

One of the most beautiful parks I've seen & kinda surprised it has its own yelp review! This place is located right in the middle of houses. The layout is so beautiful! I wish every home community had this. It's seriously a great way for the neighborhood to come together. When I was there, you would see people on their bikes, grown elderly folks huddled together exchanging stories about their families & "the old days", see families running & playing on the grass. It was definitely a delight to see! As soon as you drive into the street, you are welcomed by a huge gazebo! It was a beautiful structure! It's surrounded by picnic tables & BBQ grills. There's also plenty of grass space if you want to have multiple games running at the same time. There's a play area for kids complete with the jungle gym. There's plenty of shade & it's honestly pretty breezy! When you think of Mountain House, you think of desert or heat. Haha. But this park is beautiful! There's an elementary school right behind the park which is also huge. Parking is residential parking (of course). If it was closer, I would go often.

This is probably my favorite park that I have ever been too. The playground set up and layout is very unique and exciting for kids of all ages. They have a large grass area right next to the playground allowing parents to sit and watch the kids play. The playground and grass is well kept and is perfect for a party. If you have kids or not this park is a must visit.

Kids had such a great time here, so much to do in a nice area but also not crowded like most parks. One of the nicest playgrounds I've visited.

With play structures designed by Berliner Seilfabrik and the best swings in Mountain House, Wicklund Park remains the go-to park. The park features a gazebo, baseball field, a general grassy play area, and several playgrounds for children of various ages. It's also near the Mountain House convenience store, a short walk away for a candy break for kids. Tall trees on the west can make getting a kite up difficult but with persistence, it can be done.

Wicklund Park is nice place to pass a weekday evening or Saturday afternoon. It has plenty of shade, several play structures for the littles, a gazebo for um gazebo-ing in I guess. Overall nice pastoral location.
