Absolutely great service and wonderful boba milk tea!! it was the 25 minute drive to come over to the specific tea shop but once we looked at the menu, we knew it's exactly where we wanted to go! And the service and staff member didn't let us down. She was absolutely amazing! It was quite busy when we got there, but she handled everybody with politeness and acknowledged every person that walked through the door, no matter how busy or full her hands were! We didn't wait too long, but even if we had, it was 100% worth it! We will be coming back soon!

What's The Tea is a gem! It's so cute inside--all the pink flowers are super dreamy. The little nook by the door is especially adorable--great for selfies too. We had great service; she was friendly and helpful and our drinks were ready so fast! I ordered the Red White and Blue milk tea and I can already tell it's gonna be a fast favorite. I can't wait to come back, especially with my pals!

My fam got very pleased with how the place and the ambiance looks when we walked in. The service was quick and the guy very professional, but the flavor of the 3 drinks had a not too pleased after taste. We picked a #5 Strawberry Matcha Latte 2x#41 Pineapple Passion Fruit Green Milk Tea

Always nice people but Thai tea was different than usual this time around.Excited for next time I can come through and try again

Tried the black sugar milk tea this time and found it to be incredibly satisfying with its rich flavor. Next time, I might ask for it to be slightly less sweet. Service was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect.

This place is one of the best in Modesto! The service is amazing! The decor is simple yet modern and relaxing! The variety of flavors of teas and coffee is great! We have been here twice and definitely going to be a regular spot for our fam for sure!! They also have yummy snacks too!!! Def a good place to go hang with for a friends night out or just have a craving for some boba tea or coffee and hella fresh!!! Def got to try this spot!

I'm a huge lover for boba!!!! My all time weakness...we were on our way to vintage fair mall in Modesto and was telling hubs that I want to stop at a real boba place...so then looked up places in the area and came up on this place. Decided to check it out.Located in Modesto area close to downtown and a lot of stores to shop. Inside was very clean, well decorated. Places to sit to enjoy your tea and snacks was also a plus! Staff was friendly and greeted me. Ordered a jasmine green tea with lychee Jelly, hubs ordered passionfruit green tea with lychee Jelly. The milktea was very refreshing, I had ordered it with low sweet and still tasted the way I like it. taste just like real milktea. Not that fake stuff that u get at quicklys or gong cha...lol The passionfruit was very refreshing and perfect for hot summers!! U can order it however sweet u want We go for light sweet for a better taste but totally up to u and your liking. If u don't like a lot of sweet u can request less. The lady who worked there was so sweet and totally forgot her name, she saw me taking a selfie n kindly asked if she can take my pic and I said yes. So sweet of her to do that for me. Will definitely come back! Worth the stop ppl! Come by and support real boba

Finally found a boba place similar to the ones in the bay. So much flavor and the boba was super soft!

Finally found a tea place with all the options. Fabulous flavors and options. Very helpful in learning choices as was unfamiliar with many options. Clean and comfortable.
