Westpointe One Apartments

We finally left this apartment after 2 years. First off, the apartment is roach infested. The AC is so old that there's time it won't turn off, so be prepared to pay your PG&E. The parking is now assigned parking, so it's gotten worse. There's nowhere to park a second vehicle unless you park it outside the premises where the liquor store is at. Because they said unfortunately there's nothing they can do. The inside of the apartment also has a moldy smell. Be prepared to have your car get ding here and there because they are so compact. Don't even order anything and have them sent over because there's time your package will get stolen. So send it to a family member home or directly to a post office. Mail got broken into a couple of times. I've seen a car where the car was on bricks and all 4 tires were stolen. The gate is always broken. They fix it, and then it'll break again. The list can go on and on. Also your rent will go up every year . What they need to do is have pest control the whole apartment complex treat every single one. Because those roaches are disgusting, they just keep on coming, baby's and mama roaches, so gross I can't. So good luck if you do decide to live here and be able to have the patience until you're able to find somewhere else more livable.

We moved here a year ago and I can't say nothing good about living here the management doesn't do anything about it's problems here for instance the parking spaces are too close to each other and not clearly marked and my wife's car got towed but that's not the worst about these apartments it smells like mariguana constantly out side and my apt is next to someone that smokes weed in there home and my apartment constantly smells like mariguana inside our restroom! And management doesn't want to move us to another apartment they say it's going to be the same if they move us! This morning my wife washed in the apartments laundry and someone went into the washing machines and stole some leggings and Sox and some of my underwear from the machines because the doors don't lock and are broken I would not recommend this place if you're looking to live in a peaceful community.

Good morning all Ronnie here, I just recently got approved and will be moving in sometime in October. I have reviewed some of the the reviews from different tenants bad and good, and I'm hoping that I will in the future provide updates with my own experience here. So far Linda, I think she's one of the leasing agents, has been nothing but super helpful for my current situation and experience thus far. She's communicative, and definitely a woman of her word and you personally don't get a lot of people like that now-a-days. I understand she's just the agent, and property managers are a different entity, however I'm hoping and expecting to be treated with the same kindness and gratitude she's given me. fingers crossed, will be posting updates soon!

told us rent would be $1,225 plus utilities. It actually ended up being $1,277 plus utilities so pay about $1,400. that part kinda on me for not paying attention but parking is horrible. it's assisted parking very few people care about that and no extra parking it's all taken up. When you complain they say tow cars but nope that's never happened. Pool always locked up. Kids running around all over place throwing stuff at cars. No one throws away trash just set it by trash. Roaches and animal shit all over the place. My ac didn't work and they telling me I don't pay my bill so I had to prove to them I paid still took week to fix. My toilet has been over flowing today be 2nd time come to try and fix it. Over weekend no one answer the emergency number. No hot water and still waiting for that to be fixed.

I lived at these apartments for a year, it was a nightmare, every single day I smelled mariguana, and cigarettes inside my apartment penetrated through the walls, they have 2 "pools" that are closed all year, one day when I woke up my car was not in the parking lot, the tow truck took it the night before without notice because the lines on the ground were not painted rightly and was faded, they never fixed the laundry room doors ... one day somebody stole my clothes from there , many times somebody open my washer machine, etc, we reported everything to management but the only answer was I'm sorry. When we left from there they just send us half of our deposit, my apartment was super clean, I have worked cleaning houses in the past, I know how to do professional cleaning, I clean the apartment and they just send me half of the deposit. Please! Stay away from these apartments!

Honestly..... this place is a fucking dump! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We learned the hard way, multiple multiple car break-ins and with that this was our first apartment and man we got played, they moved us in here with broken appliances (dishwasher, heater, sink was leaking and the first 24hr we had cold water) it's been almost a year now and I see little to no growth happening with this place. Rent maybe cheaper than some places but let me tell you find something that's WORTH your money.

Where do I start...? At first I was excited to live here cause many of my family members lived here. Got approved then was told we were getting a remodeled unit for the price of $1250 for a remodeled unit, but the not remodeled unit is $1150 then they called again a few weeks later and told us "due to funding" they can't remodel our unit but they're still going charge us $1250 monthly cause the area we're at. (I call it bullshit) because while we were doing our walk through of the apartment another unit near us was getting remodeled. At this point I was like okay whatever! Fast forward to a couple days since move in date I noticed sink was leaking water, puddle of water in dishwasher, broken heater unit, and roaches ! Called to get heater fixed, took them DAYS to DAMN NEAR TWO WEEKS to get it fixed PROPERLY! Then had them replace the sink which solved it. But there was still the puddle of water in dishwasher, when the maintenance dude came he said the dishwasher wasn't even leveled so he leveled it thinking it would fix the issue but nope issue still there called and complained many times but it seems like they're just brushing it off. And now we have MOLD on our dishes. What really got to me was that the maintenance dude said it's just roaches but we all know what mold is. Turns out it was a dead roach and mold that grew over the roach and the bowl! Overall this apartment use to be a great place until change of management. Do better! We also been here for almost a month now!

So far things are pretty good. I really like the staff as they are always ready to help. Upkeep of the property seems to just get better. Aparments are not terrible. There just enough for what you pay.

I wanna thank Linda she was nice and helpful I love my new apartment I feel real comfortable and am happy about it Linda is one of the Best staff at West Point Apartments I really appreciate her!!!!!!!

This was my first experience as renter as a civilian since being out of military housing, this has been so far a great experience. The office workers and maintaince are professional, respectful, and reasonable. Anytime I need something repaired in my unit maintaince usually gets it done within a week. The living experience is alright. Overall 10/10!
