West Valley Mall

02/21/25- There are just a handful of places left that I come here for. Gohan ACYE Buffet, Bath & Body Works, Cinemark Movie Theater, Sansei, Chinese Gourmet Express, TILT Studio, and the Card Collector's Store.Men's restroom was clean though 2 stalks were out of service and 1 soap dispenser was missing.The food court is okay, though a couple of my fav food places have been replaced. There are many tables still missing once they reopened after Covid.Today, I ate at Gohan AYCE Buffet which is my favorite butter to eat at in Tracy, I shopped at Bath & Body Works, and played a couple of games at TILT.Went at about 11:15a and stayed until about 1p and it wasn't very busy at all.

Review is strictly for PICTURES WITH SANTA at West Valley Mall. Let me say, WAYYYY better than whatever they have here in Stockton at Weberstown Mall (that Santa is literally a joke.. sorry not sorry. The set up sucks, pictures suck, they don't care at all about how your pictures look, staff rude, just a complete mess!) However, West Valley Mall's Santa was great! Staff was amazing. 2 young ladies, super nice, let me look at pictures and even allowed me to switch my daughter's pose when I didn't like it and they didn't mind.. then again, it was a dead zone! Literally hardly anyone around.. on a Wednesday, 6pm, 5 days before Christmas? You'd think it would be packed. Then again, it is the Valley! Upon walking in all I noticed was a Cinema, Food Court, Auntie Annie's Pretzels, they even have an arcade I missed the name of it.. I think it started with a "T" looked fun! Not sure what stores.. although I know there is a Target next door unsure if it's apart of the mall or is separate entrance. I'll definitely be bringing my daughter back here next year to see Santa if we're still in the Valley!

West Valley Mall is a pretty new-looking mall that is also slowly becoming a thing of the past! Most of the stores and restaurants are closed. Replaced by some kid's pay places, adult's and kid's exercise places.. etc. The shopping mall still has a Macy's in there. But it turns into a clearance store without hardly name brands. I don't know if Macy's will keep this store open for how much longer! I hope West Valley Mall will be able to transform into something that will attract more people soon.

As a local I think we can all say, we deserve a better mall. Having a new and improved mall like the one in Modesto will put us on the Map for travelers to come to. Hasn't been the same mall for 5+ years. Used to be filled with people. Now nobody is here and seems abandoned. Wake Up City Counsel, we need a new mall! Especially the Mall owner!

Updated to 1 star because they got rid of not only more stores, but the giant chess board smh. A true loss for the (chess) community!

Super outdated mall with limited hours. Every time I visit the mall I feel a little bit sadder. It seems that each time there are additional businesses that have either gone out of business or moved out of West Valley Mall. The food court is pretty sad, the doors to the outside have been broken for months, multiple stores are closed, the place just seems to be limping by. Hopefully it will not close so we can continue to go to the movies there, but I am not super optimistic about it's chances.

It has been such a long time since I have been here at this mall. So much has changed. And I mean so much! Victoria's Secret/Victoria's Secret Pink is my favorite store to shop at and now the store is empty. Nestle's Tollhouse Stand isn't there anymore either. There have been some upcoming stores with unique clothing and some stores still standing. And most of the stores like Zumiez, Spencers, Bath & Body Work, Charlotte Russe, Shoe Palace and Outfitters that I have shopped at this mall have been nothing but great service to us. They would go above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. The prices of the items at this mall abd with their on going sales aren't all too bad. I hope they will bring back Victoria's Secret/Pink or at least come up with some kind of lingerie store for women. Hopefully even at the food court a restaurant like Jollibee or a new kind of restaurant to fit at the mall. The reason for my amount of stars given was because today? Today was the first day I have seen so many stores that have closed down, it was so disappointing to see. This mall isn't how it used to be anymore.

This is the emptiest mall you will ever go to and yet it's the dirtiest with the most useless employees. I mean, what do they do all day?

I came here to do some studying, I really enjoyed it, I was finally able to concentrate! unlike at Starbucks drinks and some food available for the time I was here

Sad and depressing only needed a few stores and omg so many places closed food court is not at all what it used to be and OMG !!! What is the deal with so many kids toy stands and kids ride on stuff looks so run down and ummmm jewelry stores closed etc...and so many more store fronts closed ..atleast the children there running around were happy.
