We had a really pleasant experience having lunch in this establishment - a nicely decorated bar/bistro in Lodi .service was great , food was excellent and creative and the prices were beyond reasonable . What else do we need ?Here's everything we had :1) beef pockets - 3 little " emphanades" that were yummy and fresh . Dip them in the mustard spread and the pickled onion and they were supper yummy ! 4.3/52) holiday salad - a generous portion of mixed greens, butternut squash, seeds , goat cheese , pomegranate seeds ...all this came w a very tasty sauce . 4.1/53) pork schnitzel - large schnitzel , freshly fried with yummy pretzel bun. We really enjoyed this one . 4/5We will be back for sure next time in the area, so many other great options in the menu to try out !

I love German food. Definitely heavy and you will be stuffed. It's a cute restaurant in a cute town. We over ordered, but it's ok because we demolished the food the next day. Nosh fries: 4/5 huge portion! Delicious with all ingredients, but too much for me Fried onions: loved this and the sauce 5/5Sausage board: it was pretty good with the mustard and condiments 4/5Pork schnitzel: also pretty good and an authentic German dish. 4/5 Drinks: espresso martini 4/5 and the spritz can't go wrong 4/5Overall restaurant is yummy and will fill your tummy.

I finally got to try West Oak Nosh and wow this place is great. inside was nice and roomy with lots of seating. The employees were really friendly and nice. I was able to place a to go order and I got the Pork Schnitzel, Nosh Burger, and the B.A.L.T. Combo. The food was really good. My favorite was the B.A.L.T the sandwich was huge. The bacon was crispy and delicious and the avocado mash was nice and flavorful. The fries were also seasoned well and crispy. The Pork Schnitzel was huge. A little too dry for me. and needed more seasoning. The pickled onions were a kick of flavor and got my attention. wow. The Nosh Burger was really good. The meat was tasty and the greens were fresh. I got the chipotle aioli sauce on the side and was able to sauce it up. I'm impressed with West Oak Nosh. I will definitely return when I'm in the area to try their other items.

We love West Oak Nosh! Their menu has German roots but they offer a lighter take on things. Their menu is locally sourced and they even make their own sausages. We have tried so many things from their menu, all of which are good. I love their deviled eggs, their schnitzel sandwich, their burger (add a fried egg), and their giant freshly made pretzel... but my go-to is their B.A.L.T. Sandwich! My husband and I like to split it. It comes with a side of their yummy duck fat fries and I always add a side green salad with vinaigrette. It makes for the perfect lunch! They have a great beer selection with locally sourced beers and some great N/A options. I haven't had one of their cocktails but I've seen some beautiful drinks that they make.Great food and drinks, wonderful owners and kind and friendly staff. A must try!

Listen up, this place will have you sayin' fo' shizzle my schnitzel with its clean takes on German cuisine. Don't pass on the house made sausage, and if you're down with pineapple, they are as good if not better than the brats. The nosh burger might be the best in town, but the pork schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel knot bun will leave you with a real hankering for a second stomach. I have friends that day trip from the Bay Area for this restaurant. It's affordable, approachable, and deliciously humble elevated biergarten grub. Ask your waiter if the deviled eggs are still available, and nosh nosh nosh on all the appetizers.

This place has great German-bent food. There are excellent sausages, excellent salads, and they happily catered to our dietary needs. The service was a little slow, but to be fair, one of the servers was expecting very soon, so we get it.What really got my attention though were the solidly reasonable prices. With our governor not understanding anything about how the economy works increasing restaurant workers wages, a large Togo's pastrami sandwich has gone from $8 to $15. It's not worth it - I don't eat there anymore. However somehow West Oak Nosh doesn't appear to be passing it on to the consumers. If I could make this 4.5 stars I totally would.

I love This place. But lastNight I was a little bit disappointed. The service wasn't the best. my gfWas undecided on what to drink and the waitress had a solid opportunity to recommend something. She just ended up drinking water. We ordered the nosh fries with the pork belly and although the pork was flavored well. We had about 6-7 little pieces on the fries. It wasn't very appealing. For $6 we thought we'd get more than just that amount. I will return because it's a fav spot of ours. But just was disappointing last night.

Order the scooby snack! Hodge podge of food. Potatoes, eggs, etc. Love their speciality drink menu, nice ambiance, burger and fries are fine I don't really go there for the food to be honest. Service is good.

Updated menu. All the pictures on here were five years old and so now I have to write 85 characters to post this and that's why my post is so long and useless.

What a great fun place with excellent food. First time here and really reminded me of the little gems I'd eat at in San Francisco when I lived there. Extensive beverage options and fresh tasty meals ... worth a try, can't wait to come back in summer when the glass garage doors are open !!
