Cisco here!
The trees at Weber point make the most beautiful fall foliage during fall time.
Fall tree looking up at the sky.
She encourages her dog to poop in the middle of a crowd of people eating. Then sits down next to it not cleaning it up. Lovely

It has a very beautiful view, however there's a lot of homeless people who hang around the area, so there's trash, and certain parts smell really bad.

This is one of my favorite places to go hang out and walk. There are always some *sketchy* homeless people there set up during the day but just mind your own business...you should be fine. The walkway on the water is SO nice peaceful and serene. I love it there. I like to go on the weekends when there are lots of families bringing the little kids to run around and play.I also love the area behind the Waterfront Warehouse to sit on a bench in the sun and walk. Just be aware of your surroundings and go when the place is well populated.Stockton did a beautiful job with this venue.

This is the place where the Asparagus Festival, the Easter Sunrise Service and the Day of Prayer is held; just to mention a few. Complete with an amphitheater, a covered stage area with electrical hook ups, an interactive fountain that draws kids for a quick and free cool down from April through late September. It's located at the head of the San Joaquin Delta; most nights you can expect a Delta breeze. Lots of benches and seating and grassy areas to lounge; some draw backs, few if any shade trees and in the Big Valley, that is a problem. Across the river is the Port's Ballpark, the Stockton Arena and further west up some beautiful shaded places to moor your water vessel; now go a little further and you will see the downtown Marina; a great place to let your boat into the river for a fun day on the delta. If you want to rent the area under the sail like shaded area, be prepared to pay big and you won't have the place to yourself. There are very few times, including the Asparagus Fest, where the park is not open to the public. Check the link for more details.

Stockton spent a lot of money refurbishing this area and the result is very scenic. There is lots of grassy area, a huge tarp covered event center and water fountains in the big concreted deck area with kids playing in the hot months. The waterway leading up to the park is a good place for a stroll, especially on warm summer evenings. This is the prided of the city and the city can afford to be proud to offer this place for people to enjoy.
