The maintenance guys did it again. We have two of the greatest maintenance guys. They are always professional on time and get the job done. Came to fix my door and got the job done in an unbelievably short amount of time. there is a reason why I've been here almost 8 years. you guys rock... 5+ stars

I was very pleased with the application experience here at Waterstone. When I first called with interest in the apartment complex, management was able to schedule me that same day to tour and answered all of my questions I had. We applied later that night and Teanna, the manager, approved us the very next day! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast she was able to work our application and get everything finalized. Teanna was very informative and happily explained any questions we had in regards to the leasing contract. Not only is the complex beautiful, it was perfect for our price range, compared to the other complexes here in town AND it had everything on my wants/needs checklist. While in the process of searching for a home, I've compared multiple complexes, and their management/prices/community didn't come close to Waterstone. I would give 5 stars alone just for Teanna, the manager, she is awesome!! I am excited to call this my new home!

Overall my boyfriend and I had a good experience living at Waterstone Apartments. My main complaint would be the cheap appliances that didn't work properly from the start and we got charged to fix them at move out:/ I also didn't like that they painted our countertops and didn't seal it so they were always sticky and would stain. I noticed that not all apartments have the painted countertops and the one we were shown prior to moving in had normal countertops so I'd recommend trying to get one with the normal gray countertops. The office people were nice and maintenance guys were great. I'd recommend this apartment complex.

I lived here for 3 years and only have positive things to say! Lewis the maintenance supervisor and the management team are awesome. If you're looking for a well maintained, safe, and modern place to live in Tracy this is it.

Worst place ever! Stay away from this place. They ignore maintenance requests, steal your money, enter your apartment when you're not home without permission, they try to act like they're HOA but the apartment renters version. They're very rude and will say your rent is late when you pay on time. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere for a place to live. They deserve 0 stars

I love the area and environment the leasing office has a great staff ! Shikha and Teanna were amazing and made my entire move in great especially since this is my first time renting .

Teanna, the manager is the best! She's there to make sure all residents are well taken care of and accommodates their needs or any concerns. She's always positive with every interaction I've ever had.

this apartment complex was by far my worst rental experience in my 20 years of being a renter I think that it's more or so a problem with management the young lady in the office was horrible rude and made false allegations about me several times she's even now trying to charge me $5000 for a move out cost for issues that I have several orders for them to repair I don't recommend anyone have a contract with this apartment complex it is not luxury there's always trash everywhere homeless people frequent the parking lot late at night the manager is usually in front having a screaming match with her boyfriend are calling the police on innocent tenets for absolutely no reason I also noticed that before this particular manager was there they had rather good reviews.
