After 20 yrs of being stored in the garage, unused, my Connelly Concept rear binding ripped. Pat was incredible! He did exquisite precision repair on my rear boot, allowing me to continue using my beloved waterski.Pat helped me fix the problem, and while he did I admired all the gorgeous boats.Thank you PAT!

This place was great. Popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman who answered all of my questions about wakeboards. They were all very friendly and I was in and out of there quite quickly. I took the wakeboard out that day and it rode just as the employee said.

We bought my husbands wakeboard and accessories here over the weekend. They had everything we were looking for in stock and the staff were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

My friend Jeimmy from South America was shopping for an Oniell wetsuit for her cousin back home. Jeimmy's cousin was not traveling with us, so we had to guess the size. A young sunburned salesman helped pick the correct type of wet suit for warmer water. Not knowing the exact size, Jeimmy noticed that the sales agent was about the same size as her cousin, so she asked if the sales agent could try it on. The sales agent said OK. He took the wetsuit to the fitting room and tried it on for us in spite of his painful sunburn. It was a good fit. Store owner, named Patrick, helped get Jeimmy's foreign credit card to work. 100% satisfied and excellent sales support.

was very disappointed in my experience with Water Ski World. This was my first time ordering something from them on their website. On 6/18/21, I ordered a HO hard shell boot for my water ski. The website showed my size being in stock. On 6/21/21, I got a call from the store at 5pm informing me that due to high sales over the weekend, my size was now sold out. I asked "how can that be if I put the order in on Friday, the order should have been pulled and shipped on Friday prior to weekend sales?" Water Ski World had no answer for this except to say "because of high sales over the weekend, we are now out of stock and the factory is out of stock as well."It was obvious that they waited until Monday afternoon to work my order which is very disappointing.Not a great way to start with a new customer. I will most likely not order anything from them again. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would have.

Very good customer service and a really cool store if your looking for nice life jackets wake boards or wake surf.
