This shop has a great vibe to it. Whether you are looking for neat anime statues and wall art. Imported card games or retro video games this place has it all! They hold great events for their community and truly seem to support their players and want to help them play their games. With an amazing website to order singles you can create your decks and just go pick then up with easy. This shop is a must visit for the area!

If you're in or near the San Joaquin Valley and you love Magic: The Gathering, this is the place to be. Very friendly and helpful staff for all your gaming needs with a large selection of the singles you need or booster packages and boxes as well as commander precons, deck boxes, sleeves and more. The best part is you can order your singles online and have them ready to be picked up in just a few hours.Let's not forget the retro gamers that love super Nintendo, Nintendo 64 and all the other gaming platforms. I drive from Stockton to go to the spot because they have the best deals around. They compete with places like card kingdom and channel fireball and either match or beat their prices each time. They are very honest and you'll definitely not get scammed with a pre-opened (sealed) box like you would on Amazon. Did I mention they have tables that span the whole length of the place where you can play your favorite card games or D&D? They do different formats every night. My new favorite spot.

Not friendly. They purposefully don't answer the phone to make you drive in. Such a waste of time. Utopia Games is way better. Goto them or call them.

Very welcoming place for all kinds of comic book readers and tabletop/card game players, whether you're interested in getting into a new hobby or wanting to sell a collection. Every day they have weekly and also big-time monthly events for Magic: The Gathering, Weiss Schwartz, Super Smash Bros. And much more with a big turnout for each game and with 100% of entry fee going back out as prize support payout, this has to be one of the only shops that don't keep any of the entry fee, and you can't beat that. They have multiple judges of different levels on staff to help answer questions and give advice on deck-building and gameplay.Great place to buy and sell your retro video games, and trading cards. Best place to play MTG in the valley hands-down.

Spacious store with lots of options for collectible gifts. I can definitely see this place being super lively once the pandemic is 100% over. They had some arcade games that are shut down for now ... not sure of it's mainly because of social distancing and whatnot. My boyfriend joked and said I can play DDR while he plays Magic here LOL.

A very clean, spacious, place with perfect ambient levels to host small group events like D&D or game nights. Large assortment of nerd and weeb merch at much more affordable prices than mall outlets. Also sells snacks, has a non gendered restroom, and is conveniently located by two Pokéstops and a gym. The staff is all very nice and helpful, and is willing to talk strategy with you before committing to a purchase. And most regulars are easy going and approachable, and willing to play a round of Magic or a short board game while waiting for an order or event. The environment is also very well lit, comfortable, and has a less pretentious or creepy vibe than other gaming establishments I've come across.

Super disappointed. Been in and out of here for the last 30 years. Just got back into MTG. Brought down a Borderless Anime card Rhystic Study and two other less valuable cards (prolly $10 each or so). Scanned Rhystic Study with TCGplayer, says $70 value.Went to trade in and the guy behind the counter and the owner started telling me it's from the wrong set and it's mass printed so it's not a $70 value. They said $20 cash or $25 store credit for $90+ in card value. Then a couple days later I see it up for sale in their store for $70.My fault for not knowing the true value of my cards, just really disappointed that they would take advantage like that when every other card store is usually 50% on store credit. Taking business to Walmart/target and online for cards and sleeves. Will not be back.

I went in with my 8 year old brother to go sell pokemon cards and im not 18 so they said i cant sell and i called my mom and she asked why on speaker phone and he kicked us out and told my brother to tell her to go F herself. This is highly unprofessional and i truly don't think anyone should buy from these guys, its in a ghetto area and kicking children under 16 out is insane. It's also kinda smelly so I'm feeling like they don't clean very well. This place is not friendly and welcoming. Also their posters were overpriced

This is an amazing store, War Torn Front has awesome staff that are always polite and courteous. I've been going there off and on for 5 years, I have always had a good time. It's a great place to learn MTG and dnd as well as make new friends with similar interests. Overall War Torn is a great place to play games and destress.
