Walt Davis Park

Walt Davis park is part of the Cosumnes Community Service District and is 1.1 acres in size. Named after Walt Davis whom was well known as the owner and operator of Walt Davis Chevrolet . After his tragic death due to a plane crash in 1990, Walt Davis Memorial was established to support local charities as well as scholarships for students.The theme of this park is space exploration . When I saw the space craft "Challenger" and the " Moon " I knew this park was special. The play area has slides, swings, climbing structures and an open play area. This play structure is quite unique in design, not your average play structure you find in most playgrounds. The park also offers a picnic area with picnic tables and BBQ's . A child's imagination could go wild here ! Challenger ! Challenger ! This is "Houston Control " Due you copy? Zoooooooooom!!!!

Super fun for toddlers, lots of different things to explore and climb safely. Has swings and is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of climbing fun for older kids too
