Waffle Craves

While I can appreciate the menu offerings at this place, and the staff was very friendly and inviting, I was very disappointed by the actual waffle served here. It was super dense and cakey. Very dry and hard to chew and swallow. The waffle itself was also pre-made and cold. Not made to order. They just take the pre-made waffle and add the toppings to it when you order. Such a shame because I love chicken & waffles and my husband loves the other sweet combinations they offer... but it just wasn't good due to the waffle itself.

Stopped at this truck for some chicken and waffles, they had just opened thier truck recently and did not have fried chicken available yet . So I ordered a waffle instead, it was perfectly sweet and just a good waffle all the way around. I also ordered a item that was called the crave , looked weird and had several different things in it. I wasn't sure I would like it. Whoa! This bowl was awesome! So much going on , but perfect. Never had anything like it. My husband enjoyed having a nice conversation with the owner. He was really nice and his customer service was great. Cannot wait to try thier fried chicken and I will be definelty visiting this truck again.

I don't understand why my original post has been taken down. All their food is made to order, from scratch! Culinary wannabes that have never set foot in a culinary classrooms, are not reliable sources or be able to judge restaurants.

So I tried this place for lunch after hearing good things from fellow coworkers, and although I didn't try their mainstay waffles, I must say I was very surprised by the Crave Bowl I ordered. It hit on every single taste bud I had, the ingredients all worked perfectly together and tasted incredible and fresh. I removed the cilantro from my bowl and it was correctly removed from my bowl but next time I try it I do think I will leave it on and add another level of flavor. I can't explain how it works, but damn it does, and my wife and I both can't wait to try it again, with one of the sweet waffles for dessert. $7 Bowl, was enough for 2 of us, gotta try it

We used Waffle Craves to cater a staff appreciation event and was fantastic! Delicious food and superior service. Eric was so great to work with! We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you!

Highly recommend! We had their waffle bar for my daughters first birthday. The waffles were absolutely delicious, everyone loved them, and their home made whipped cream was a perfect compliment!

Didnt know of this truck in stockton. Went on a lunch adventure drive my lil family and came across waffle craves truck and gave it a try. My husband got the hamburger and i got the rice bowl and for snack got the summer love i believe. But my husband burger was good. Just a lil messy while eating it. The rice bowl was bomb! I never ate cheese was rice so it was a different taste and everything else blended just right. Could of used more chicken because there was alot of rice. But flavors were on point. The snack dessert was good as well. My husband love it. Just wish there were more drink varieties, water was a lil expensive as well. But i will def be comig back and also recommending!
