W Kettleman - West Coast Sourdough - Lodi

Definitely Pricey but the workers were very kind and pleasant helped me pick a sandwich and we're only 2 workers but we're pumping out both in store and DoorDash orders. Taste was great the restaurant was very clean and tidy the outside was also clean very nice peaceful place to sit down and have some lunch.

I placed a phone order for a regular sandwich and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later, there was no one at the register and no one in the restaurant. After waiting a few minutes, I had to walk toward the front just to get someone's attention.When the employee finally approached, she greeted me with a dismissive "Yeah?" rather than a polite "How can I help you?" I explained I was there to pick up my call-in order, and she seemed caught off guard--she had completely forgotten to make it. No apology, no acknowledgment at all.On top of that, the sandwich I eventually received was tiny--it fit in the palm of my hand--and cost $10. That's overpriced for both the size and the terrible service. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend saving yourself the trouble by going elsewhere.

Bread is too hard ~ sandwich's unfavorable & soup wayyyyyy toooo expensive ~ I especially dislike any business that asks you for a TIP - To Go TIP ~ in front of your sandwich person before they make ur sandwich ~ no thank you

I've come here a couple of times, and ordered the same thing. Just a simple turkey sandwich. Nothing wrong with it, except the tomatoes are flavorless. The amount of turkey is definitely not what you see in their photos. First time in there was someone in front of me and it seemed to take quite a while to get their order and then mine made, but this last time I was the only one there, and it was made so quick I don't even know how they managed it. So service definitely varies from person to person. The quality of the meat is definitely better than the deli at one of the local grocery stores, as is the bread. But the same 6" sandwich there is $8.99, whereas here it's $12. I'm not entirely sure if the price difference justifies the minor upgrades, especially since the meat used is available in grocery stores, not some high end or gourmet kind. I don't know how chains get away with serving deli meat brands that anybody can buy at just about any grocery store.Update: after several hours of horrible gas, I had to run to the porcelain throne to deliver the runs. I think something wasn't too fresh.

Nothing extravagant for a sandwich shop. I only come here when I'm craving a sandwich and don't feel like making the drive to a Mr. Pickles or Sourdough & Co. The sandwiches aren't bad, just pretty basic flavor-wise.

Great sandwich options! Good service - and very well made orders. The sourdough is pretty good here too.

The food was really delicious(especially the bread!!)but the service was really fabulous!! Nice clean and very pleasant place for a quick light meal. We were unknowingly the last customers of the day but were never rushed. As we left we complimented the lovely young lady that served us on our meal. Especially the bread!! She then gave us a little sourdough to take with us. So very nice of her. I think most people who love a good deli sandwich would love West Coast Sourdough!!

Food was fresh and delicious! Extremely sweet and attentive staff and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. Left very happy and satisfied (:

Best sandwich's and customer service!!! 10/10. The Turkey Pesto sandwich is one of the their best things on the menu don't sleep on them!

This restaurant is under new management and they are doing great job, I always prefer to order from here, the staff is friendly, quick service and very clean place, I asked for extra dressing for the Salad and Mustard sauce for my Sandwich, they provided me right away and I enjoyed my lunch very much It is located in large plaza and have enough parking spots.
