Vista Del Monte Rv & Mobilehome Park

***BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE***(If zero stars were an option, that would be the obvious rating for this place.)This park is terrible strictly due to the horrible manager and poor atmosphere. The manager is a wretched person that makes the entire park feel uncomfortable and dirty. She's mean, rude, and literally screams at tenants outside - it's very unprofessional and off-putting. I highly recommend checking out other places in the area before settling on this dump - you'll be glad you did.P.s. They make you move out for two days every six months to avoid paying higher fees to the city and to allow them to kick you out without any time to plan different accommodations. This place is not a secure home for anyone. Any other park in the area is a better option than this mobile shantytown.

I have lived here for a couple of years. I moved here because this park was the best looking park in the city of Concord, CA. The management lives on site. The park has a laundry room, updated restrooms and showers. The tenants look out for each other and are very friendly and helpful. The park is close to BART and shopping. The management has just upgraded the water pipes and roads. I like the fact that they do not allow older RV's in the park because it gives the park a better appearance. This is a great park, I have enjoyed the time I have spent at this park. I would recommend this park to anyone that asks me!

My husband and I have lived in this park for 9 years. The manager has always been nice to us. If you read Carisa B's post she is full of BS. The reason she was kicked out is because she was dealing drugs. That is not allowed here in the park. That is one of the reasons we enjoy staying in this park. If you keep your nose clean than you won't have any problems with the management. This park is very clean and we all look after each of our neighbors. We don't need or want any drama in here.

Vista Del Monte is NOT a CAMPGROUND! It is a nice clean Mobile home and RV park with only 50 spaces with tenants that have lived there for decades. After reading some of the reviews I think there is a mistake on which "Vista Del Monte" previous tenants are talking about. On site managers are great, professional and supportive. Managers have been here almost 10 years and not many problems. Easy living there when I was in the area and pricing of $45.00 a night or under $700 for monthly rent is awesome. I have been a tenant for 9 years now and we LOVE it! It's not a park that has many turn overs because we all love living here! - Liz C.

Have read recent reviews, nice to see that things are getting better. Not sure who is the managing company is now, but when I was there the G.M. did not want to put any money into the property for improvements or changes even though she'd been instructed to do so, for years, by the owner. I guess that eventually caught up with her. So that should give you some insight into how it's really managed. Another interesting insight is that I had them as a former employer and apparently "someone" gave me a negative reference during a recent job search. Thankfully "someone else" felt something didn't sound right and did a little research on my previous employer.... all I can say is it's a small world in this industry. Very happy in my new job :)

I heard the managers were rude from reading most of the reviews. Yet, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Well the reviews were accurate. The person who answered with just "hello" was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Obviously we didn't choose to stay there. I suggest you don't either.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we love it here. When we first moved here there was another lady who was running the place and she never did nothing to try and improve this place. The managers now do a great job. We have new updated restrooms, they have got the roads redone. Every space has rock so there is no mud in the winter. The park is very clean and the people who live here are great people! We have 3 annual BBQ's where everyone who wants to come can and join us and get to know your neighbors. Everyone here all watch out for each other. If there are any problem tenants....management deals with them in a professional manner. It is a very quiet park. There are a few children in here and they are well behaved . My husband and I decided to move into an R.V. to save money for a house. We looked around at a couple of different places before we settled here and no other place looked as nice as this one did. Now it is even better. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Come and enjoy....whether temporary of full time you will not regret it.
